“I came to the NFCU on Feb 6, 2024. Deposited a tax refund check and experienced a small set back with the image reading through the ATM. The next day I noticed the check was not pending. I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”

The only complaint I have is why NAVY FEDERAL has handcuffs on this Guy he should be a trainer or part of management because I never felt more comfortable giving my money to anyone in my life.”

She had an account with WF and I tried via the phone to close the account and disperse the funds to the heirs. I tried for TWO years; pushed from office to office to office to office; asked for form after form after form…After two years I had had enough and walked into Washington’s Market Square Branch with a two inch thick file folder and threw myself on the mercy of someone in the Market Square office. Banking locally in Prince George's County is banking, Black, for all practical purposes. I'd rather keep my money here than at some giant corporate bank that survives on taxpayer handouts.”
