“They have some nice selections, but there were a few things I saw online that weren't displayed in the store. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone spoke, but nobody really tried to assist us. Overall, it was a lackluster in store experience, but I may still buy what I saw online.”
“This review is for my buying experience at the store as I have yet to receive my new sofa. It will come in 6 to 8 weeks which I’m very excited about especially after the wonderful experience I had in the store. It’s not like other furniture stores where you’re worried about how many people will race up to you trying to help you. They really give you space and your own time to look at things and come up to you and a nice and timely but respectful Manner.. The store is beautiful and all the products are great. I had Peter and Waveland help me with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were helpful and attentive without being too overbearing and helped to get me a great deal on my sofa. I highly suggest shopping here to find whatever you may need for your home. They have excellent quality and warranties And I am very thankful for the help I was given!”

“Ekin was very helpful and stayed one hour more after closing so I can pick out what I wanted and make sure everything was in stock. His knowledge was imperative in my choice making. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases.
The only issue I have is that they have a voicemail system but have no access to it so they will NOT get your messages. You have to go in person and they are very busy, under staffed. But, once they take care of you, they are very dedicated and superb!!”

“The best experience I've ever had with purchasing blinds. I was skeptical about not going to a showroom first like the old days before COVID. Turns out that was a waste of time I was doing in the past. Nathan had everything in his vehicle and knew absolutely everything about windows and blinds. He was a huge help. The removal of the old blinds and install of the new went great. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW, I purchased the bottom up, top down cellular shades. Very nice!”

“So I had always heard of this place but it was one of those things I dismissed typically, however my girlfriend introduced me more thoroughly to the offerings of Home Goods. I then became pleasantly surprised at how much you can save by going to Home Goods versus other stores like Hallmark or papyrus for your card and gift bag needs. Home Goods doesn't stop there though they have everything for the home that you can imagine. Everything from bags to cards to containers to put gifts in or store things to gift boxes in the shape of books. They have it all and such a wide variety of it they also have little knick knacks all throughout the store so you find hidden gems as you go throughout the store of things that you didn't know you needed or that you didn't realize you wanted until you see it in Home Goods for a decent price. I got such a wide variety of bags along with my girlfriend because we use them for different occasions and we saw some Mother's Day cards and gift bags as well as an early Father's Day gift bag so we did what anyone who goes to Home Goods does, we buy every one of the things we saw! * insert laughter* but seriously I will never look at Home Goods the same again and it will forever be my go-to place to get stationary for gift giving and other Home related items they even have decor, rugs, snacks, you name it if it has to do with the home they've got it! The store is kept up nicely and organized for the most part with all that they have available and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I had already done my research online and had decided on the P5. It’s reeeeeeally comfortable. I love it. It doesn’t have the pillow top like my old one but I am still getting a good nights sleep. For me it is very much worth the investment.”

“A store for premium fragrance that are not ordinary! As a fragrance lover I was not aware of Diptyque until I visited the store in Georgetown in Washington DC. Up until now I thought Paco R, Armani, Dior etc are the premium fragrances but that notion changed upon entering the store and seeing their product range. The store itself has a great vibe and smelled go good. To be honest I was overwhelmed with their range so needed help to pick one.If I recall correctly, it was Jessica who came to my aid. She inquired about my fragrance preferences and introduced me to a selection, including some top sellers. After sampling a few, I chose Orpheon, which exceeded my expectations—it garnered so many compliments. The fragrance was certainly a splurge, but it proved to be worth every penny. Its long-lasting scent and premium quality made it a standout purchase.”

“We recently moved into a new home in Kensington (our 8th home across 4 states). Despite being experienced home buyers, outfitting a new home with furniture is still tough & stressful...especially in a new area. After visiting many furniture stores in the area, we decided to visit Hamilton's. We were looking for seating for our A/V room. Brad was our salesperson...super helpful, patient and no annoying salesmanship. After noticing some "fit and finish" issues with the couch soon after delivery, Hamiltons management (Alex, Ashley) couldn't have been more helpful. They are a local, family-owned company and their candor and demeanor were very supportive. They quickly worked on a solution and gave me a couple options. Since this was a stock item, they opened another sectional, confirmed it was up to "factory specifications" and delivered it the following day! I couldn't have asked for more. Important to note the delivery folks were all very professional and efficient. I will definitely be doing more business with them. Highly recommend! In today's world, it's hard to find great, old school companies/service.”
