My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”

“Worked with Brandon, extremely helpful. Came in for a new phone, he worked with me to ascertain battery deficiency and kept my current phone. Rather than simply shove an upsell on me he assisted for the best outcome of the customer.

Employees are courteous,and knowledgeable. A very good or bad quality depending if you're being help for waiting is when they help you they are very thorough and will make sure you understand everything before you leave.”

My cell was stolen and she went beyond my capabilities to help me reboot and reloading of my infro .Being somewhat technically challenged she was patient and reassuring.”

My friend locked her keys in her vehicle, while waiting on AAA she opted to check her phone upgrade status. I didn’t personally utilize the services from Verizon, however, I was still met with amazing customer service. Both gentlemen were courteous, helpful, and sent above and beyond, which unfortunately is a rarity nowadays. Thank you, much success gentlemen!”
“Octavius was the most patient, courteous and knowledgeabpercy sales person. He helped me port my phone over from Cricket. This was an arduous process to say the least, but he kept me calm. This process took a few hours. I am so thankful for his care and assistance in this matter!”

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”
