The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. “I’ve been going here for 3 years returning Amazon packages that I have repackaged in original packing, new packaging, or that only require the scan of a QR code (no box). At times these have been very frequent returns.
Early on, when I brought a box in that wasn’t fully packaged, the woman at the store told me that next time they’d have to reject it or charge for packaging in-store. She wasn’t rude and it’s certainly reasonable that she, as a business owner, doesn’t need to consistently defray my costs.
I happily use this UPS regularly.”
“Had a large item which I needed packaged and shipped out. It was fragile and I stressed how important it was they are careful with packaging it since they wouldn’t do it in front of me but rather in the back. The worker who was there was helpful but wasn’t the nicest wasn’t so impressed. But the package came in one piece even though box was pretty beaten up. Listen at the end of the day not greatest experience but happy they got the job done.”

I wish I knew their names but there are two specific people, Star and David, that stand out for always going ABOVE AND BEYOND with each interaction.
