“From pickup to drop off I have always had a good experience with National. I was able to select a vehicle quickly upon pickup, the agent at the exit had a smile, asked me some questions about where I was traveling and suggested a tolling transponder for my trip that would ultimately save me money. The vehicle I rented was brand new, less than 300 miles on it. The return process was frictionless and I felt that overall my experience was better than with other brands.”

“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”
“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”

“Customer service is pretty good at this location. The manager seems to be fair and nice. I’ve been rented from them more than once and have had no real issues
Cars are usually half way decently cleaned. Only issue I would say is the windows are always really dirty on the inside.”
“I live here in Glen Burnie and had been renting cars from GB rentals on Crain Hwy, but they are no longer there. In need of a non national car rental chain my search found RentAwreck here in GB that also have a neighborhood/local car renting philosophy and decided to book a reservation. Today is the end of my rental period and the whole experience was easy, friendly and very accommodating. From the beginning Alex explained the details of the pricing according to the type of card being used, he also made the first time process easy and clear to understand (now I am in the system on my next visit) and he knows his inventory quite well. On the return of the vehicle, they were not extremely busy as they were when I picked the car up (and even then I was in and out quickly) and since I am local they drove me back home. My experience was very professional.”

I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

“After the LONG, crowded (I had to stand, squashed behind a dude with a lethal backpack) shuttle bus ride to the rental facility, the Hertz counter was staffed, no line for me! The agent was adorable, and I needed friendly and efficient at that moment. Excellent Customer Service.”
