“I wanted to share my experience with the Enterprise location in Camp Springs, Maryland, off Auth Road. I recently had a business trip and chose this location because it was convenient, and I’m happy to report I had a wonderful experience.
The entire process was incredibly easy and efficient—I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot. I did pre-register everything online, but my representative, Aaliyah, was fantastic. She was very sweet, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed, answering every question I had.
I will definitely be returning to this Enterprise for all my future car rental needs. Aaliyah even mentioned that Enterprise sells premium vehicles, which is great to know as I’m currently in the market for a new car and exploring my options.
Overall, the service was wonderful, and I highly recommend this location. I will most definitely rent a vehicle here again.”

“I picked up the Elantra from NEXTCAR at 10915 Georgia Ave in Wheaton. The location in Wheaton has an excellent team. Dauda is very patient and thorough. Jose pays attention to details that make a difference. Nick makes sure everything is in proper order. I have worked with all of them over time. The Wheaton location is my preferred place to get a vehicle. Yeme Tebje is most gracious. The commitment of everyone on her team to excellent customer service is a direct reflection of her leadership skills. She and her crew set an example that I wish other businesses would follow and fully commit to. Jack Fitzgerald would be very well pleased with how the team represents his own brand. “Enterprise rental has been my go-to for vehicle rentals for a while now but this was my first experience with this location. I have always been pleased with every aspect of the rental experience with Enterprise, and I am happy to report that the Silver Spring location is on point! The people are the best part- knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! The cars have always been great too! I highly recommend Enterprise in general, and the Silver Spring location in particular for a spectacular rental experience!

“What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.”

They ensured that I was picked up from the Honda dealership where my car was having work done. I selected the 2025 Hyundai Sonata. The car was clean, drove well, and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this location if you need a rental vehicle.”

“The staff at this Enterprise location were excellent and easy to work with. Lisna and Cavella, two top-notch staff members in June 2024, were helpful throughout my three-week rental. They guided me and even applied a weekly lower rental rate that I was given for a small SUV for the first week to the minivan rental I had for the remaining two weeks. If needed, I will be back.”

“First, it was very easy for the auto body shop to get a shuttle to take me to Enterprise; then process of renting was as efficient as possible at a busy time, quite smooth in fact. When my body repair was done, I just left the rental car at the body shop and someone turned it in or Enterprise picked it up. In other words I had very little to do, the businesses clearly have a good relationship, and I was very happy with the Enterprise service and the vehicle. “Most people writing reviews for car rental are doing so because they are unhappy. This review is the opposite. My wife and I are moving across the country to California after 20yrs in DC. While most of our stuff is going via movers, we are driving because of our two large dogs. I desperately wanted a Suburban because it offers the largest trunk space in its class - something which the dogs need for long days on the road. Finding a one-way Suburban rental from DC to San Fran is impossible online, especially around the inauguration. I decided to call around, and after trying a dozen places, I finally talked to Aman at this Avis location (side note - they're not great at picking up the phone when they're busy, but keep trying and you'll get through). He was awesome - we discussed in detail what I needed, told me he would try and find me a Suburban... and a few days later, I got back in touch and he delivered. I got the Suburban earlier than expected (which was great for packing) and he gave me a great deal on it. Knowing that we had the right vehicle to make this journey took at least one major element of stress off the table - and we have Aman to thank for it.”
