We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue.
He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. I had been trying to complete this port since Sunday, and by Friday, thanks to Wilbur’s determination, everything was finally resolved.

“I brought in my broken laptop that was over 10 years old. They helped me find a suitable replacement at my desired price point. The service center is outstanding. Their was a tiny misstep with the initial setup (no fault on their part) but they worked quickly to correct it and at NO charge. You can buy a computer anywhere but the service aspect is what sets any business apart...and Micro Center provides great service. It's now my go-to shop for all my digital needs.”
“Rather than buying a new car, I recently brought my ancient Acura to Absolute Electronix to retrofit the car with a back-up camera, blind-spot detection system, and touch-screen receiver with wireless Apple CarPlay. They previously did a similar installation in my slightly less ancient WRX and, in between, replaced some blown-out speakers in the Acura. People have remarked that all the new gear looks like it was factory-installed and I heartily agree. Everything works as it's supposed to. “Never seen a clean store like this. I was nearby to fix my car's windshield. so went there while waiting for my car. I didn’t expect that 7-11 could be like this. Saw $1 deals which i haven’t seen in my local area 7-11. Took opportunity to grab for my kids and Boneless wings for myself which were more than 10 pcs and full in container, I will be stopping here on regular basis as i couldn’t get enough wings near by to my store on same price. He went over to a woman named Amira who was so pleasant and wonderful to stopped what she was doing to make a new batch of Fresh Baked Oatmeal Cookies.
Both Omer and Amira were honest, professional, gracious, compassionate, personal and cared about the customers, which I am proud to say I was one of them.”

“Been to this Target store twice in the last 3 days. Saw some great deals on Headphones, Clothing items, DVDs and Trading Cards. It's always convenient to park on the 3rd floor of the garage. The 1st floor is always congested, because people always park there and act like that's the only available parking area, causing so much traffic!Anyway, there's a Starbucks inside this location, which is nice. The employees are friendly and helpful. The layout is great, pretty organized for the most part and things are easy to find. They mostly have a variety of items in stock and with good inventory.”

I feel super comfortable buying coffee or any sandwich because everything is very very clean I always have another store closer to my house but it's not as clean as this one I don't mind driving 12 minutes from my house it's really worth it.”

“I have been to this store twice recently. On both occasions I walked in without an appointment. The wait times to work with a person were reasonable and clearly defined. While waiting, I was able to overhear some of the issues that customers bring into the store. The problems presented to the Verizon Wireless technicians were complex and variable. My situation was no different.
I was fortunate to receive help from Issac. He was kind, easy to work with, and he worked diligently to resolve my phone issues. Thank You Issac!”

“"4 stars" because in the 7-11 context this location is very clean but has some management issues. Lametria Johnson, Lottery is a profit operation the owner needs to adjust staffing for it, particularly approaching the cutoff time. For most of us who don't play it appears to be an addiction. As someone addicted to Big Gulps, coffee, cigarettes, Big Bites, candy, etc. I do understand. But when I walk in I don't have to make my purchase by an exact time. That really changes things. To a sugar addict standing fifth in line waiting for one clerk to complete a complex lottery transaction it can be frustrating too. 7-11 franchise owner: Take Note Of Lottery Deadlines.”
