“I went to this Verizon store today because I could not make it work while trying to switch from physical SIM to eSIM myself for two days. There was a short wait, then Israr fixed the problem and completed the switch for me patiently. He said I should have gone to the store for this kind of change. I don’t think it was too difficult for him to fix it. But it was a big relief for me. Now I can use one SIM domestically, the other for foreign travels. Very happy!”

“As soon as I walked in the door of the AT&T store, at Dobbin Center Rd. in Columbia, MD, I was greeted by Kenia. I was there to fix a problem and to buy some accessories. Kenia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She did not rush me. Everything I needed to do, was resolved, and even when I decided to change something last minute, Kenia was pleasant and said it was no problem at all. Her manager was great too. The store is easy to get in and out of, and there is parking available. I would recommend anyone to visit this AT&T location.”
“Was upgrading a few phones and encountered a major issue on T-Mobile's end completely blocking one of our existing phone numbers from being able to be activated at all via e-sim or physical sim on any device. It was a very frustrating experience that nobody at T-Mobile (including technical support and engineers) could solve over 24 hours, and nearly caused us to walk away from over a decade with the carrier if not for the patience and service of Mr. Tevin Robertson at the store, who went above and beyond to try and help us solve the issue. Although the issue wasn't resolved 100%, I am giving the store high marks for having employees like him, and crediting him with salvaging the situation. My whole family was very impressed by his attitude, knowledge, and work ethic, and it would serve T-Mobile well to do everything in their power to keep him around.”
“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. Fabulous!!!”
“My husband and I were ready to upgrade our outdated phones but still had a lot of questions and weren't ready for a higher bill. We walked in the store on a Thursday evening and talked to Thomas and Amon for about an hour. They let us ask every question under the sun with great patience and kindness. When we needed to think it over, they gave us their card and said they'd be happy to help us when we made our decision. We never once felt forced or pushed one way or another. We took 3 days to think it over and decided to upgrade to the s23+ and when we came back Thomas greeted us with the same care as before. They even reviewed our plans to figure out if the plans were best serving our needs. I could not recomend them more. Thank you again Thomas and Amon!!”

My son and i went there with his phone that was broken and they went out of there way to fix it right on the spot at closing time and no charge. I was amazed. Cant say enough good things about them. “I bought a used drone from them on Amazon, it cost nearly $800. I decided to read the reviews on them after I bought it. When I tell you, I was REAL nervous about receiving it mainly because of all the bad reviews saying it’s a scam. I’ve never bought anything but the drone from them. It arrived perfect and in great condition. Everything was packaged up nicely. The battery was even charged so I could do a test flight! I could barely see any scratches on the drone. There’s no errors or anything when I fly it. I’d say it’s in “Like new” condition. it was listed as “good” Overall, I’m still not sure about the reviews. But from my perspective about them currently. I like them.Edit: I remembered to edit this a month later, drone is still perfect. I didn’t have any problems with it. No defects. I did have trouble finding the serial number so I could register it with the FAA. Since it didn’t come with the original packaging. But there was other ways to find it, it was inside the battery compartment. So it is registered. But that isn’t their fault. Still 10/10.”
