“What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.”

“The staff at this Enterprise location were excellent and easy to work with. Lisna and Cavella, two top-notch staff members in June 2024, were helpful throughout my three-week rental. They guided me and even applied a weekly lower rental rate that I was given for a small SUV for the first week to the minivan rental I had for the remaining two weeks. If needed, I will be back.”

I on the other hand... God is still working on me (lol). On behalf of my family, please go find something else to do with your time. Surprisingly you failed to mention that you were fired from the company over 5 years ago due to stealing and making unwanted advances toward women. As a matter of fact, women did not like coming to the office (myself included) when you were there because you are creepy. You are obsessed with my brother and should seek counseling. It is pathetic that a person of your age (I refuse to call you a man because you act like a child) has nothing better to do with his life than stalk my family.”

“I have been coming to the for a few months now. I first came to them right after my son died to get a car to attend his funeral. The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and we’ll continue to use them.”
