“This store is great!
I’ve never expected for a store this small and providing a small amount of employees to be this productive and on-going! Both the employees and the customers have a respectful and sociable attitude when it comes to serving customers and communicating with the employees. Especially the incredible service, which made the 7-11 store more of a better place for many customers to visit and pay for their stuff (what people need mostly). I enjoyed this store so much and I will definitely come back here each time to socialize with other customers and employees!”
“Our Samsung sound bar went out following a very brief power outage on 6-13-26. We tried everything to get it reactivated. It appeared that the HDMI port on our 77” SAMSUNG TV was out. The BIG SCREEN STORE TECH, by the name of Romeo Paterson, came by this morning at the direction of Jim Marr, tge store manager, and after trying several standard approaches, he was able to get the TV to reactivate that HDMI port, and that in turn connected with the sound bar so our surround sound system is up and running as good as ever. He was also able to get the TV to recognize my SONY head set system, so that is functioning as well. I wear those in the evenings after my wife goes to bed. When those are active, the sound bar etc is disabled. So everything is right with our TV world now!! Great job Jim & Romeo complements of the BIG SCREEN STORE IN Glen Burnie!!”

“Reid is a fantastic consultant. He listened to my needs for improved sound in short-form shelving and worked diligently to source and recommend good alternatives and he reviewed photographs of my current set up and evaluated how to optimize my best equipment with good amplification that fit my needs and was user friendly. He then set up equipment for switching comparative sound on speakers comparable to mine and demonstrated the alternatives so I could hear differences, both material and nuanced. The entire journey and purchasing experience was so satisfying . He then called a few days later to follow up and see how it was all working for me! His deep knowledge of audio steered me to exactly what I needed and wanted and taught me a bit about the choices along the way. He spent considerable time and his expertise and professionalism are most appreciated!!”

“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. “Store is very clean, as see other people saying it was very dirty but it isn’t so.
They have a decent amount of selection of everything from fresh produce to everyday items including snacks, linens, camping essentials. Their vegan options are more than other small stores like Aldi.
Some products which are expired or close by are on heavy mark down prices. In my opinion it’s an amazing thing to do as it prevents the products to go bad! I saw noodles for 1cent/pack (closer to expiry) which is like giving it all away for free!
Staff is very polite and helpful. I don’t know about the bargain, so I can’t say anything about it!
Their coffee selection is great, if you’re a coffee lover do check it out!
Some of the pasta sauces and jellies you don’t easily find in another stores!”
“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”
