“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”
“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.
Prompt, professional, and no fuss involved. Highly recommended!”

“I use this location pretty often. Leonard helped with last minute shipments I needed to get out on a Friday for arrival on Saturday back in September. Most of the shipments made it, 2 were delayed (no fault of the store). The store team helped me sort out a partial refund.”

“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

“The young Asian man who did the visa photos for us was kindly asked which country and the size requirements, then quickly took the photos, then carefully trim the photos into the correct size, and emailed both of us. Although more expensive than CVS, $20/per person. The store is very small and full of packages all over the place.”

“The store under promised and over delivered. I was so pleased. The associate told me it was after the cutoff point so next day delivery would be Saturday. My package was delivered on Friday which means he made an extra effort to get it out the day I was in the store, which was Thursday.”
“This place is really a good place and great service. I can compare with the store at Potomac Village ups store which they are rude and not polite at all.

“I liiiiiike coffee . I heard about new coffee shop open silver spring . That was Adulis coffee roaster . I was stop by recently and I order my favorite latte with extra shot and toasted bagel with regular cream . Overall Everything was perfect . I will come back again”

“Surprised by all the one-star reviews… never had any issues with this location. Been there dozens of times over the past couple years without issue. Seems like most people did not properly package whatever they were shipping and got upset with having to pay more. Somewhat understandable I suppose, but really just pay attention and make sure your stuff is packaged fully beforehand because UPS does not want the liability for when your package breaks down from lack of sealing!”
“I had such a cheery experience visiting this location. The post office is typically a daunting experience for me but the one worker that helped me (Tammy) had such a helpful, sweet demeanor and completely turned my day around. I will go back solely for her good nature!”

“Had a large item which I needed packaged and shipped out. It was fragile and I stressed how important it was they are careful with packaging it since they wouldn’t do it in front of me but rather in the back. The worker who was there was helpful but wasn’t the nicest wasn’t so impressed. But the package came in one piece even though box was pretty beaten up. Listen at the end of the day not greatest experience but happy they got the job done.”
