“On September 21, 2023 I went to the Verizon in Enfield to order the iPhone 15 and was ignored by the workers. I was disgusted by the way they treated me and refused to ever go back! The next day I came to this location in East Windsor and it was a complete 180! Dan and Brandon were very friendly and super helpful! Not only did I get a new phone but Dan helped me transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone smoothly! I highly recommend this location! But once she remembered she was on point and sold us a HD Glass protector and a phone case. She was really nice and the man there was helpful too. “Had a tech problem whereas my phone was not able to receive incoming calls. The person that tried to help couldn't figure out what was causing it. He got everyone working involved to try to resolve the problem! They spent alot of time trying to resolve and came to the conclusion I needed to get a professional tech involved. They said call 611 on my phone and although I had a wait time even though I had the option of a call back. I had to wait as my phone blocked the call from processing. Not one but several team members got involved and the problem was finally resolved.Exceptional dedication by all involved!My phone problem was resolved.Thanks to everyone from T-Mobile's multiple staffs members who got involved.”

I wasn't sure where he had moved to after the mall closed and needed my phone repaired,found out where he was located ( so glad!!). Faud was very pleasant and had my phone fixed in a very timely manner. They are who you need to go to for phone repairs. You won't be disappointed.”
