They are always happy to answer any questions about products I might have or offer advice on what products would best suit my needs. Most recently Doug went above and beyond to help me try and figure out a problem I was having with a digirig I purchased there. If you need anything Ham Radio, Scanner, or CB related I highly recommend you check them out first before going online or anywhere else. I feel so lucky to have a Ham Radio Outlet within a hour drive away.”

They helped me transferring my phone number and they also helped me with making sure all my data was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. “Switched to T-Mobile after a disaterous run with Verizon. Joe and his team have great experience and service acumen. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.
This is a shining example of how every customer should be treated.”

And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”

“I’ve needed a new phone for quite awhile now, but this summer has been a stressful one for me. I finally managed to make it into the Wilmington T-Mobile last night and was very lucky to have Adryan help me. He is AMAZING! Sometimes it can feel like a chore to have to spend time getting a new device. It was absolutely not the case this time. I felt like I made a new friend in Adryan, who is just a great guy, who knows his stuff.
I had had a long and stressful week and by the time I got there my brain had mostly stopped working. Being the consummate professional he is, Adrian took the time to explain everything i needed to know. He got everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. Without coming across as just trying to make another sale, he informed me of a great promotion I was able to take advantage of. He also told me that we could get our home wi-fi through T-Mobile at a better rate than our current provider. I made the switch and the signal is better throughout our home than it had previously been.
When I was getting ready to leave I told Adryan that that had been the best time I’ve had on a Friday night in quite a while. And I meant it. While we were going through my multiple transactions we were able to chat about life and lots of other things. He brought a much needed smile to face during our conversations and I’m just really glad I got to meet him. He’s a great dude and I really hope that the T-Mobile upper management acknowledge how lucky they are to have him on their team. Thanks, Adryan!”
“I could not find the review that I posted. I made a mistake on that review it was not Tarboro store. It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”
