I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me.
