They picked us from our repair shop and we dropped it off there. They had good choices of car and helped us when we needed to transition in the middle to a bigger car. “The reservation center by phone gave me the wrong price for a 2 day rental and they made the reservation for the wrong day & the wrong number of days. The on-site representatives were great and fixed the reservations but could not help me with the rental rate. Due to that incorrect rate, I needed to change the number of days for the rental. The representatives at the Lexington,MA Enterprise were great. Both were kind, understanding, helpful & nice. Please fix your phone reservation center system!”

“Our Enterprise experience started with our very positive interaction with Ms. Alexandra Asack, a pleasant young professional, who proved to be an outstanding representative for your company. Ten out of ten by any measurement.
In addition, to Ms. Asack, the Nissan Altima was an acceptable vehicle. As I mentioned to my wife several time, we could have done a whole lot worse than that Altima.

The gas tank was at 5/8, but he forewarned me about that, so NP there. The battery (the car was a PHEV hybrid Dodge Hornet) has zero charge, so it would have been nice if that had been charged beforehand.”
