“Jimmy at the front desk made my day
I checked in at 1am after a hard day at work, and Jimmy at the front desk greeted me in with a smile. Never during staying at numerous hotels in Boston for a 4 month work trip have I experienced such hospitality and kindness, let alone at 1am in the morning.
The rooms and facilities are undoubtedly pristine, and worth more than a mention, but the hospitality and comfort of this place is what truly sets it apart. My only regret is I should have tried the Langham earlier”

“I visited this location for Valentine’s Day weekend. This luxurious hotel is located by the water. They offer various amenities, including a gym, an indoor pool, and a coffee shop located inside the hotel. I highly recommend visiting this hotel; you will not be disappointed. PS. The customer service is five stars.”
“Stayed here for my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! We received an upgraded room, free drink tickets and a complimentary bottle of champagne. All the staff were truly wonderful. This will be the place I stay when visiting Boston from now on! Just absolutely amazing!”

“Best place if you're in town near college campuses that are up this way. I come here every time I visit my college-aged kid. When they want to ditch me after dinner, I have a nice bar with great service to go to. Aiden is a superb front desk professional. Thanks, Colonnade! It's my place away from home! :)”
“its a perfect base, especially if you are taking Amtrak / Acela. Its literally minutes walk and is in a safe neighborhood in downtown Boston. You could walk along the wharf pathway to north end or check out the markets or walk to Boston commons (all within 20 minutes). They recognize your ihg status so all is well. I watched a game at TD garden so took an Uber back - no drama. Rooms are pretty huge and they carry byredo which is nice”

“This was my first stay at Studio Allston, and it a was a great experience! I travel a lot, and don’t usually write reviews but everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Parking was super convenient and the location was perfect for my needs. Shout out to all of the amazing staff who helped with recommendations, directions, and making my stay super comfortable as a solo traveler. Thank you to Jonathan and Melissa who were the managers who assisted me. Klara was incredibly warm and welcoming upon check in. Shout outs to Mollidy, Dezarae, Ashleigh, Lucas, and Ervens who were ready and willing to lend a helping hand whenever I had a question, or got turned around on my way to the lobby. Traveling alone can be nerve racking but these guys made my stay great! Will definitely be back.”

“Everything at The Liberty was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient concierge, everything was very clean, the rooms and bedding are elegant and thoughtful, and the food was absolutely stellar. “Great stay all around. The staff was courteous and attentive. The bed was very comfy and I love that they had a black out windows. My only complaint (very trivial), the shower caddy came off on the second night, one of the black out shades didn’t work, the TP holder was not tight to the wall.”

“What a great find! Price was great, location amazing, and the staff some of the warmest and friendliest I've ever encountered. The room was everything I needed - a big cozy bed in a nook of a room - not much floor space, but comfortable, modern, and pleasant. Just what I needed to stay for the night on a quick visit to Boston. Thanks, FOUND Hotel - I'm glad I found you (pun intended!). My boyfriend could tell how much I appreciated the stay and so wants to make a point of staying there next time we're in Boston.”

“Very convenient location right in downtown Boston. It’s a historic hotel, so expect smaller rooms and older facilities.
Charging $75 for early check-in is the highest I’ve encountered, and esp as rooms would only be available after 12pm (even with early check-in). I didn’t pay the fee.
Some staff (esp the old vanguard) are really lovely - they made the stay worthwhile!
Gym is pretty extensive and don’t miss the historical details in the basement!”

“This location offers a beautiful view of the city, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff has been wonderful. The breakfast is delicious with made to order omelets, fruit, waffles, bacon, sausage and other items. And it is close enough that a short walk through the park and you can catch a train or bus to wherever you need to go. Definitely look forward to staying here again. The only negative experience we had was having a rep try to sell us on additional stays every single day.”
“We stayed here late night on Christmas eve and Lilly was absolutely wonderful she was so friendly went over everything with us and was so sweet she gave us all the details about the surrounding areas recommended there sister hotel for future business stays was all around a pleasure I will be staying here again simply because you can't find service like that in hotels anymore. The room was great as well and the location was key. We will definitely be back”

“Centric embodies the word for the location down the street from MBTA orange line back entrance STATE st stop up the block from HAYMARKET. Central to FANUIEL hall. DOWNTOWN Boston and others.
On premises restaurant is priced for tourists over charge for simple fare. i.e. 15 dollars for three pancakes.
When it comes to the rooms. All I can say is welcome to your Tiny Home Bedroom. No desk, you will need to go downstairs or work off the tray table.
More than two people in the room. You will be nose to nose.
Standard size hotel furniture in a tiny space.
Perks as much free Poland spring water as you want.
Stay here if your company is paying.
Because for what you get.
The price is way way too high.
I am a fan of the Hyatt brand but this property only gets aces for location and helpful staff.
Otherwise it's a no return in my book.”

“The only negative was that the room was a little small, with only about a foot of room between the end of the bed and furniture.
But the room was very comfortable, and very conducive to sleep. Everything else was good.
The staff at the desk was always very helpful and friendly. During check-in, while making a request, and check out, everybody was very helpful and friendly.
I didn't know what to expect in downtown Boston, but this was affordable but very pleasant. I would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed here ahead of a large snowstorm in January. Booked deluxe king room with courtyard view. The room was very spacious. Had a very quiet room at the end of the hallway. There was a large mini fridge and microwave as well as keurig machine. Was given warm cookies on check in. Only issue was the elevators were all out of service but one was fixed by next day and my husband needed special accommodations to get up but they offerred their employee elevator if needed.”
“⭐ Review: AC Hotel Boston Downtown ⭐
Rating: ★★★☆☆½ (3.5/5)
I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Boston Downtown. The hotel has a modern, clean design and is located in a convenient area close to restaurants and Boston’s main attractions. The lobby and common areas feel stylish and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice layout and a very cozy bed. It was a relaxing place to come back to after exploring the city.
However, the view from my room was not great, which was a bit disappointing — especially considering the beautiful city surroundings. It didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay, but it is something the hotel could improve or be more clear about when assigning rooms.
The gym was clean but could use a little more equipment, although it worked fine for a short stay.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with a modern vibe, helpful staff, and a convenient location. I would stay again, but I would request a better room view next time.”

“This historic property, replete with charm, is ideally situated. It is an eight-minute walk to downtown, a short stroll to Chinatown, and a 10-15 minute walk to Beacon Hill, with the North End accessible within 10-20 minutes. My accommodations, though compact, were impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel is currently undergoing a significant renovation, with work anticipated to conclude on the 15th floor. I had the opportunity to observe the renovation progress on the 15th floor and was fortunate enough to receive a guided tour. The updated rooms and furnishings are exquisite, and the hallways feature tastefully redesigned wallpaper. The restoration of the original millwork above the elevators, previously concealed by wallpaper, is a particularly commendable detail. The remodeling aesthetic is modern, understated, yet elegant. Our stay at this property was highly satisfactory, and the service provided was exceptional.”

“Wonderful Sheraton property in the heart of Boston. The junior suite was spacious though the bathroom was too small. Hotel is connected to a shopping center with plenty of eateries onsite. “3 night stay in a King room. Room was clean and updated, a little tight in the bedroom. Nice spacious bathroom with large shower. Helpful staff, excellent walkable location. Valet parking only. Bar and restaurant on site.”
“Right in the North End, minutes to fabulous restaurants, right on the water, great location! Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, expensive and they will nickel and dime you for everything, so be prepared.”
“First time to Boston. Fantastic location. Walking distance to a beautiful park and coffee shops. Highly recommend staying in the trailer/airstream. Friendly and hard-working staff!”
