“I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.
Thought somebody should know.”

“The Staples Studio is comfortable, convenient, clean, and well laid-out with offices, quiet spaces and collaborative spaces. The amenities are excellent. The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”

“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“I had the pleasure of watching the UPS Staff Member, James, in action this afternoon as he juggled the needs of multiple customers at once. James is a model of professionalism, demonstrates impeccable customer service, is extremely efficient and beyond courteous. He was able to attend to three or four customers at the same time with ease. For my own package drop off, he explained that with my return I could only use one label although the company sent me two bags to use. James quickly solved my issue my reusing a box that another customer did not use and had left behind. He came up with this solution in an instant! It was a delight to watch James in action and a number of customers were commenting on their pleasant interactions with James. Thanks again, James!”

“Shaundell at this UPS Store saved me SO much hassle and time!
I had a few heavy packages to ship out. I came into the store before they closed. Shawndell patiently but very efficiently helped me to tape those packages, scanned them so I was out of the door much faster than expected. He could have declined because I didn’t bring my own tape and it was close to 6:30, but he helped me nevertheless. Saundell is very professional and an absolute asset for this local UPS store. Five star!

“I am baffled by these other reviews. This is a place that provides a public service at an extremely busy location. I have been coming here for the better part of 5 years and have always been able to conclude my business successfully. It does get busy and occasionally it takes extra long for example when people try to ship things that arent labeled or sealed when they go to the counter. This is a post office to mail packages not a packaging store that is responsible for providing shipping supplies or sealing them up. Although, they do try to be helpful whenever they can and I have seen them try even when it is extremely busy, but sometimes it isnt possible like when there is a line of people and its close to closing. They are sufficiently pleasant and helpful and perform their jobs well in the many years (and many holiday shipping seasons) I have come here for service. They are not greeting me like a Macy's Santa, but they are by no means rude or unprofessional. Fine post office that conveniently also manages to have parking so win/win.”
