She greeted met with a smile, made sure I didn’t forget my treat rewards and thanked me when I donated to the pups in need. She was kind and empathetic about my poor doggy’s tummy troubles and was just all around enthusiastic and friendly. Made it a great visit and put a smile on my face! Excellent customer service!!!!

Dr Adrianna Favearu was so nice, she explained everything to me and showed me the x-ray of my cat. Explained what we were looking at. I appreciate all of them at Danvers Animal Hospital. If your looking, definitely check them out. My babies love it there. Thumper was not scared at all.

This is a first class, top quality, truly professional organization that you can trust will always operate in the best interests of your dog. The level of expertise and commitment throughout the organization is remarkable. We no longer have any reservations about leaving our dog while we do extensive travel. We now have a calm, professionally trained dog that I can take anywhere under any circumstances without reservation. Nelson/Lauren/Brendon/Katherine and the entire team are the best in the business. They do extensive follow-up to ensure that you know how to replicate their training techniques. They've spent considerable time with us post B&T to make sure we understand how to reinforce and maintain his level of obedience.
They are only a text away from answering any and all questions or issues. The best part is really how much our dog LOVES these guys. He's always excited to see them which makes transitions really easy for us. Nelson and the team stay up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in the dog training field. Nelson has worked with the best in the business. I would highly recommend HK9 for your dogs B&T needs.

176 Old Burley St, DanversDenise is an amazing caretaker for our kitty! We made a big move across the country and needed somewhere for our kitty to stay while we were traveling. Kitty Kamp was perfect! Dongalor relaxed a lot here and really was able to be himself. He had to stay for about a week but Denise kept him occupied, happy, and even let him run around the shop a little bit since he was so well behaved. It was the perfect scenario and we were so grateful to her! The cat dishes are all crystal and the cabinets are cleverly designed, the cats have plenty of space! We hope not to need to use a boarding place again soon (because being away from our cat is tough!) But if we need a pet sitter we will hope there's a spot open here so that Dongalor will be loved and taken care of. Thank you Kitty Kamp!
