There’s also an Asian woman who works with him (she’s often times in the back, and helps out if it gets too busy), she’s also very nice and helpful. This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”

“I had a great experience with customer service at the USPS Braintree location for my passport appointment. The staff were very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. There is convenient parking, and I highly recommend this location. It’s really sad that they are short-staffed due to budget cuts, because great workers like these end up suffering. I truly hope they are compensated fairly, although I doubt it. Still, excellent service and wonderful employees.”

“I decided to leave a review, because I see so many terrible reviews here. But unlike other folks, I actually had a wonderful experience at this location.
I went in on two separate days, with the maximum sized boxes allowed. 7 boxes in total. A whopping 450 lbs in total! It was by no means an easy order to accept.
Due to my job, I was frustratingly unable to get to the post office any earlier than 4:50 (shortly before they close). Based on these other reviews, you'd think they would have turned me away. But they not only took my packages, they even stayed late to take care of me, BOTH times.
The lady behind the desk was very kind to me. And the manager, Bob, was kind as well, and personally lifted each of those very heavy boxes, and carefully placed them in bins for delivery. He even walked me out the door, and we had a very pleasant chat.
I have no complaints. In fact, I am extremely grateful to both of them, because I am moving to another state this weekend. I have been so stressed out, but this part of my move was made easy due to their hard work and professionalism.
