“I had a great experience at David's Shoes! I visited wanting to try a specific brand/style, and Robert not only showed me those but also many other similar models. I ended up buying a shoe that was different from what I had in mind but was better suited to my needs! Robert is very knowledgeable about each shoe that his store carries, and he was very understanding when I came in a couple more times to try different styles and sizes before making a decision. I also of course appreciate that the shoes are marked down at least 15% less than retail, and an additional 5% off if you pay with cash. The return policy is pretty fair too: return the shoes in the box and in like-new condition, with the receipt, and you can either exchange them for a different pair of the same price or get store credit. The store is in a pretty accessible location, 12-15min walk from the red line and 5-7min walk from the green line. Very close to the Cambridgeside mall too. We love independent shops with quality selection and service!”
