“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”

“Joshua T saved my life yesterday in his last 10 minutes of closing. My iPhone 13 Pro Max stopped working at the beach all the way in Swampscott. And I only knew one AT&T store off the top of my head without a map, so I rushed as fast as I could through bus and train about 15 miles away. I ran to the store in flip flops so my toe was stubbed, and Josh came through with an emergency kit from the back, and provided me with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Huge thank you to him and his immaculate patience! He knows what he’s doing and how to satisfy a customer’s needs, especially in expense. Thanks again Josh!”
