“We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”

“These guys are great. They are super friendly and knowledgeable about all Powersports. They work out of there home property but are set up great to complete any job better than most shops I've seen. I've had pat work on all my machines( ski doo back country, Cbr 1000rr and my kx450f). I couldn't be happier with the work he does and the prices. He seems to know a lot about the newer machines and takes pride in his work as everything I've brought comes back detailed and working perfect. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.”
