Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“In July of 2017 I walked in. Four or five customers were ahead of me. One guy was working behind the counter. The first person approached and asked "habla Espanol?" Si' he replied. This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES. 860 Providence Hwy, Dedham“I was desperate to talk to a human who worked at ATT about non-urgent damage on my iPhone's lens, but kept getting redirected to ATT's self-service model in my multiple attempts on their site and phone system. As a last attempt, I called this branch and Colby (store manager) answered. Although I know it's not his role, he patiently explained my options for addressing this issue in layperson's terms I could understand. He even walked through specifically what section of my bill I needed to look at to determine my coverage benefits, and then from there gave me clear next steps of what number to call, what to say, how much I could expect to pay, and how long it generally takes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. When I got off the call, I felt I had been helped with all my questions and it reminded me of the olden days when customer service was a service hallmark of many retailers. Because of this, I will continue shopping at this ATT Dedham branch. My experience over the phone was A+.”

He's straight forward, does not beat around the bush and will let you know if the repairs can be done today or another day. I got my mothers phone fixed within 2 hours of bringing it in and its working as good as new. He's so great at what he does.”

Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!”

“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

I had made a payment as well as a payment arrangement with AT&T and at the corporate level, the payment arrangement had not been processed so I was lacking service. Right away Daniel helped me and he knew instantly to have the manager address this. The manager, Matt, was able to seamlessly expedite the matter - I would like to say that At&T on line was not able to do anything nor was the telephone number I was given via At&T on line so without the honest-to-goodness help by Daniel and then Matt's managerial expertise - perfect result. If there were six star ratings, this location with these dedicated people would be a six-star rating, I sort of hope management gives them each a company car. Thank you for hiring people of this quality - here! A Bentley Continental would be nice.”

I was helping my father navigate through getting a new phone (upgrading from a flip phone to an iPhone) and was so fortunate that Sofia “took us under her wing,” so to speak, and expertly guided us through (what could have been) a very complicated process. She was empathic and took the time to understand exactly what my father needed in terms of the technology. She was careful not to overwhelm him (or oversell him), making it a seamless experience for both of us. Sofia was professional, supremely knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator.
