“Friendly workers. Running shoes, clothing, and gear are all high quality.I give 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. Mainly, there is no info on the shoes on the wall display. The Boston and Brookline locations list things like the model, stack height, and drop right next to the shoe. Cambridge really needs to do this.Secondly, the 3 shoes initially brought out didn’t match my foot scan at all. It was odd. But I did find a pair of Nikes I liked and was able to order them from Nike directly in the width I need. Note that width options are limited in most running stores. So I don’t fault Marathon sports for not carrying the wide.”
“I recently bought boots that didn’t fit quite right. I had used them for a couple days hoping they would break in but they didn’t. I was really stressing about what I could do at this point. I went back to the store hoping for some help but wasn’t expecting they could do much for me. The staff was wonderful and very understanding, they provided new boots for me that fit awesome!! “Chad from was absolutely a star. I brought my daughter’s broken lacrosse stick and from start to finish he gave me the most utmost professional and prompt attention. He ordered a new head from Maryland, which was delivered quickly, restrung it, and followed up with a call to let me know it was ready! And to top it off, he had it FedEx directly to my daughter at college!! this was such a huge help as she’s in midseason and in dire need for her own stick

“Well, you can count on Lesley to steer your gift shopping. Being male and having to buy gifts for a large number of female relatives is not easy. I trust Saks, EB Horn and George's. Their shoppers and selections always save me before birthdays then holidays. Lesley will put together a bag and scarf combo that's perfect. Or summer sandals that say party on the beach. She and her family buy out leftovers from some great stores and if you pay over $100 for any one of their designer finds I'd be shocked. I just bought three winter coats for nieces and two from some hi end German designer I never would've heard of. Or afforded. Going back to ship her night hours for something nice for daughter and mom. Sometimes I just give her dollar amount, number of gals and sizes and voila, shopping done. Can I praise this shop anymore?”

“Excellent store with professional and helpful sales associates! One of the sales associates even went out of her way to help me try to find a sweater I saw in the Prudential location. This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.”
