“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

“I came to have something laminated on Saturday a week before Christmas, and while i was waiting for the machine to warm-up, i watched the staff dealing with an onslaught of folks mailing packages. I was really impressed with the cheerfulness and efficiency i saw.When my job was completed and i asked the price, the manager said, "You're Good." I was stunned as i had heard him say this to other customers also, but i didn't understand he meant it was a gift. These were small amounts, but i left feeling a glow in my heart and wonderful appreciation for his kindness.Bless you, UPS Store staff.”

“Love this location and go all the time! Manager is incredibly nice and can be very funny. The store is open 7 days a week with later hours than any other shipping option in the neighborhood. They're always there when you need them and are super efficient. I've shown up mins before closing multiple times without worry. I never had to wait more than a min or two for help either in any circumstance, which is incredible convenience compared to the post office up the street.I'm only looking the store up on Google to check the Sunday hours before I head over again to drop something off. Yes, that's right, they even have Sunday hours! I thought this would be a an easy 4+ star location and am shocked to see what others in the community have written. These people who are leaving negative reviews could use more experience shipping things to understand how well operated this location really is. Shipping supplies have not been free at UPS or USPS in years, if ever, and would be exploited if not charged for. It's no UPS's job to pack your Amazon returns for you with free supplies.Thanks for all the service over the years! It's always a pleasure to drop things off here”
“The service provided to me and my father recently by the owner Stuart and his staff member Mallory was exceptional. We had a package destined for Florida which was erroneously rerouted by corporate to a California UPS facility. Stuart spent two weeks trying to resolve the issue and called me several times with updates , and Mallory did the same with my father. The package finally arrived in Florida and the shipping fee was refunded to us. We are so grateful for their diligence, care and friendly service. I highly recommend this UPS store and look forward to using them again in the future!”

Being new to the area, I had to return Verizon equipment, print out some pages, ship personal packages, return Amazon items prepacked and unboxed of all sizes. My questions were always answered, and my packages were always taken care of. Computer time is indeed expensive, but in line with any other UPS I’ve been to, so nothing against this location.”

“This place is very convenient and staff is very kind. I have done 50+ documents scan and print job here and they guided me well. Staff is very supportive and take extra care of senior citizens and disabled people walking there. They are open on Sunday’s too which make it more convenient. Additionally, for packages they always guide you for better rates. I like this place.”
“Avoid the older blonde woman like the plague unless you want your blood to boil. Seems to get pleasure out of not listening to a word you say, offers options you clearly don't need, then continues to screw up your shipment, no matter how simple it is. I refuse to go to her station anymore. I f anyone else is working, I will wait even if I am next up. If she is the only one working, I turn around and leave. Not worth the hassle and frustration. EDIT: EVERYONE else is great.”
