“I have been to several UPS stores from East Boston to Woburn and this one is the BEST! The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!”

having with my Samsung tablet. As it turned out they do not service the Samsung, so she advised me where I could get help with it. She also advised me on a service I had no idea they provided..... they recycle batteries....and provided me with 2 containers to collect them in. I have been throwing them in the trash and am very glad for the new information. Now my family will save them for Staples recycling program, and be rewarded, also.”

“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”

It was quite expensive to have done, which I expected, but it took only 1 week to arrive and upon unpacking the package, the careful wrapping and packing you provided ensured my painting arrived in pristine condition.
