“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”

“I got my screen (only the front) replaced here on a iphone 13 mini and they were nice, fast (legit only 30 minute wait) and even put a screen protector on for me which is a great screen protector. Totally recommend coming here if you have a broken screen. Oh. The price was only 127 as well”

Travon took the time to clearly explain all the benefits of different plans, and even provided a printout for me to review at my own pace. This made the decision-making process much easier. He also found the most affordable option for swapping our old phones for new ones, ensuring we got great phones under the deal.
Travon was upfront about the potential for a higher first month's bill, but he clearly explained the reason behind it. This transparency was very much appreciated.

She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. “On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
