There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.

I’ve taken my golden retriever to a few different groomers in the past, and each time, he couldn’t wait to leave—he’d practically drag me back to the car. That all changed when we found Janell. He’s been seeing her every 6–7 weeks for the past few years, and now, when we pull into the parking lot, he lights up with excitement!
Janell does an incredible job—he always looks fantastic after a visit to Pawwsitively Clean. Her skill, care, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. You can see it in how happy my pup is to see her. Janell is simply the best in her field! I have zero worries leaving my dog with her for his spa time!!
