I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
It’s rare to find customer service this good—James absolutely deserves a raise or at least some extra paid time off. The store is lucky to have him! Highly recommend visiting and asking for James!”

“Excellent store with professional and helpful sales associates! One of the sales associates even went out of her way to help me try to find a sweater I saw in the Prudential location. This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.”

“I had a very pleasant experience at DSW in Stoughton on February 25th at 3:44 p.m. when I was there to buy a pair of Adidas sneakers that I had seen online. They had them but I seen a pair of Nike sneakers that just stood out to me. They were a little more money but I did end up buying them after a little help from one of the managers. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she was very helpfull answering all my questions. The cashier was great, the guy that brought me out the sneakers was awesome, the place was clean and tidy, the parking lot was nice. I have nothing bad to say about DSW in Stoughton, Mass.”
