“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”

I was having an issue with my stuff being printed at the reading store because they were short staff, and I needed my item printed immediately, I paid for express and felt like I was hassling Brianna but she was so kind and helpful. “I have used the print services at the location by the Liberty Tree Mall about a dozen times. They have the BEST staff - everyone I've worked with is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've worked with a lot of print shops over the years and this one is by far my favorite. They've helped me solve a lot of logistical issues and have a ton of solutions. A+ for staff and services!”

She called me when my package was delivered and gave me instructions on how to get to the facility so that I could assist my Uber. “5 stars! I have family members out of state, that wk for USPS service, so I understand the Federal Standards- Saugus Post office is exceptional, and, as other reviews,I choose to use Saugus, because of exceptional service, everytime I've come!
I've had real problems elsewhere in Essex Co. that have not followed Federal USPS standards!
They, are always efficient, kind/ pleasant, nonpartial, and professional...
I've had to call Postmaster/ Feds because of breaks of personality -problems brought to the job, at other Essex County Post offices...
Saugus, has never been in this category, since, from another state, never either has their Post Offices behaved untowardly...
I've referred persons, to apply for work, when they hire, at Saugus USPS!”
