We recently adopted our bird, Tilly, who came with the 30-day health guarantee. Shortly after bringing her home, I noticed she had an upset stomach and immediately called the store. Robin answered and patiently walked me through what can be normal when bringing a new bird home vs. what to watch for. She encouraged me to call back if things didn’t improve, which gave me so much reassurance!
A couple days later, I still wasn’t comfortable, so they advised me to bring Tilly in. When I arrived, Kathy was there and personally explained the entire process and assured me Tilly would be well cared for. And she meant it. Kathy actually took Tilly to the vet herself the same day!
Throughout the entire time Tilly was being monitored, I received consistent updates. Anytime I called, both Robin and Kathy were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Our family missed Tilly terribly, but we truly felt she was in the best possible hands.
They didn’t just follow policy — they genuinely cared. You can tell they love their animals and their customers. That level of compassion is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier.
I will forever recommend this store. Robin and Kathy are absolute gems, and I’m so grateful for the care they gave our little Tilly. ??

Starting with the front reception desk upon entering to Jen’s information intake and release instructions, Dr. McGowens diag and procedural information (she really is excellent) and the updates and photos sent of Lu to me through out her stay! Highly professional, all about the pets needs & the owners peace of mind.

20 Linden St, WalthamWe urgently took our elderly kitty in after having a poor experience with a veterinary office we had been using for some time. The positive reviews brought us here and I’m so glad we moved. We were treated with such care and support. They were very transparent and showed genuine care and concern to help our sweet girl feel better. Ultimately, she was in pain and we had to make a tough decision. They guided us through the process. Despite only visiting the one time, they frequently checked on us and a week after our sweet girl passed, they sent a handwritten thoughtful card from the whole team. This touched our entire family deeply. We already planned on having our pup move here as well but this just reinforced our decision. Thank you to Caroline, Susan, Sam, Veronica, Caitlyn and Robin. Your thoughtfulness meant so much.

Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!

We have a giant breed puppy (Newfoundland) and owe much to Kim's team for the progress we've made with socialization and training. We utilize Kim's team for both walks and pet sitting and have nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone that we've interacted with is a kind and thoughtful dog lover. Wags 4 Walks has our full confidence and continues to exceed our expectations.

600 Trapelo Rd, WalthamI've been working with Marc over 7 months now and my Australian Shepherd loves him! He waits by the door every time he hears a text message thinking it's him. He is always tired and happy when he comes back, and most days he doesn't want to leave Marc. For a while we were a little jealous of how much our dog loved him. He is also great at training him and he learns so much by simply being around other dogs. I would recommend Marc to anyone who wants a happy tired dog and peace of mind of how their dogs being treated.

Atmosphere is good…some low-top seating or a couch with a coffee table would make me want to come here to meet up with a friend for a quiet chat. Only has hi-top tables with bright lighting which are not as relaxing and comfortable.
