“Had some hats made here recently and did tshirts in the past. Both times they hit a tight deadline and gave me a great price. They spent time to lay out the design to make it exactly like I had in mind. They also had good tips on what would look better on the finished product. I will definitely go back here next time I need some custom items made.”
“Friendly workers. Running shoes, clothing, and gear are all high quality.I give 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. Mainly, there is no info on the shoes on the wall display. The Boston and Brookline locations list things like the model, stack height, and drop right next to the shoe. Cambridge really needs to do this.Secondly, the 3 shoes initially brought out didn’t match my foot scan at all. It was odd. But I did find a pair of Nikes I liked and was able to order them from Nike directly in the width I need. Note that width options are limited in most running stores. So I don’t fault Marathon sports for not carrying the wide.”
“Rented skis boots and poles for 5 days for $115! They have good clothes and socks in stock. The workers are super relaxed but also diligent. I would definitely recommend renting here or shopping for some things, though the store is kind of small. If you need some ski pants or socks they definitely have a lot of those things.”

“I had a great experience getting running shoes here! Sophia helped me choose a pair of shoes after I did the technological evaluation scan thing, where you step on the platform and it evaluates your shoe size, pronation level, and where you put pressure on your feet. She was wonderful at listening to what I was looking for, offering options, and explaining the benefits of different brands and styles. I ended up with a pair of Asics and also running socks. If I end up needing a shoe insole, I'll come back here. I would highly recommend this Marathon Sports ?”

“They sold us non-matching skis. We went back with the receipt 3 weeks later and they refused to take them back because they were a matching set. At the end of the season they again refused them because the skis didn’t match. We never used them.
Update: the manager and I had a discussion and they’ve agreed to give us store credit. I’m happy with the overall outcome.”

Knowing I’d be without a jacket on a cold night if I sent it in for repairs, the team kindly offered to swap it out for me and send me on my way in a brand new jacket. They confirmed my old jacket would be donated. I’m so glad I invested in a Patagonia jacket and I’m grateful for the amazing staff at this location.”

“Rainbows is great . I enjoyed spending time your store . I felt comfortable with my family . Our daughter wanted to buy clothes for the baby, which she is really 12 years old. Now the clothes are really decent. They have all diverse styles that will fit your budget. The prices are very good, I believe that I bought shirts for $3.00 & and shorts are $5.99. I also loved the perfume display 3 for $10.00. I am amazed that these perfumes smell so great. I actually put some lotion or Aquaphor on my skin beforehand, so the perfume will stay on my skin longer. The reason for one less star is no dressing rooms & the prices are a little confusing, but thankfully, it is cheaper than other places. Reminds me of TJMAXX & TELLOS if you are older, you know that your whole wardrobe shouldn't be here, but your kids or 20's maybe some 30 somethings can get away with it. It just don't look right unless you're in a mirror, which is why they don't have full-length mirrors there . Now I just need to see how well the clothes last. Was it worth it. Well see”
