I was in to see about my older phone & find out if I could change from my older provider (T Mobile) & change over to AT&T,...He showed me a newer model to concider... he never pressured me to get the new phone... I took a few minutes to think about the new phone & decided to go with the new phone. He was great, explained everthing I needed to know about the new phone. I'm sure anyone working at the Mall store is great, However I'm so glad I got Mingh...he's the best”
“I had an excellent experience at the Verizon Wireless store in Billerica, MA. From the moment I walked in, Ramon was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my options clearly. He made the entire process of upgrading my plan and purchasing a new phone smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was Ramon's knowledge of Verizon processes, his kindness, and patience. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I wanted to tip the man, but he refused and let me know he was just happy to be doing his job to my satisfaction.

“My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me.
The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.”
