“Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix seem personably-outgoing and technically-proficient. Kean replaced my laptop's screen--parts they warranteed for one year--replaced the storage drive with a larger and compatible SSD I'd bought from Amazon, and copied all my files. When excluding the cost of the drive, the repair cost about $330, which was 60% of Best Buy's Geek Squad estimate of $550. Additionally, Kean found a warped battery that could have ruined my computer, and I paid about another hundred for him to replace it, also having a warrantee--well-worth the cost, considering what the old battery could have damaged. I also told them the stylus had stopped working, which Kean got working--didn't even charge me. My job wasn't even an easier one, due to the BitLocker encryption on my original Windows 11 drive he didn't initially know about, but they did not raise their quote, and they kept me fully informed about the job status. Geek Squad would have charged me tons more for all of this. Going with Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix helped me a lot. I'm happy.”

I came into the store after a very distressing experience with an AT&T phone representative that left me frustrated and in tears. Emely immediately stepped in with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused approach. She took full ownership of the situation and advocated on my behalf to ensure my issue was properly addressed and resolved.
What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she resolve my concern, but she personally went behind the scenes to find a box for my return, carefully packaged the device herself, and secured the shipping label so everything was ready to send. That level of initiative, care, and attention to the customer experience is rare.
Paolo also stepped in to assist and provided supportive, professional service throughout the process. Together, they turned a very difficult situation into a positive one.

At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly.
