“The Swap Meet is possibly the best vintage video game store I've ever been to (and I've been to several). Every shelf and case was packed with games, systems, and collectibles spanning every generation. They've got games for basically everything, even the obscure stuff, and all the prices I saw seemed reasonable. The owner Jay is fantastic, super friendly and helpful. He understands the hobby extremely well and I had a great time chatting with him. If you're a retro gaming enthusiast, The Swap Meet is the real deal and it's not gonna let you down. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Lansing. It's 6/5 stars from me!(Pictured below is Wario Land II, purchased from The Swap Meet)”

“I called this company to ask them about a pair of BEATS headphones ?. The gentleman, presumably the owner, was super kind and knowledgeable. Our product iS out from under warranty however he was willing to talk us through the possible issues and what we should to fix them.. Not only does he sound like a true professional it's obvious he isn't trying to make money by being dishonest. I would recommend this company 100%!!!!Thank you???”
“Our LG tv started having issues and home electronics is who LG has do warranty work. Tim at the front desk is very friendly and chris the tech who came out was very friendly also. Appointment times where always met at the beginning of a 3 hour window which was nice. Chris was quick to repair our tv .”

“Went into the store today to switch from At&t. We've been having billing and service issues with our current provider. Alex and Garrett helped us go through the different plans for home internet and wireless cell service. Both were very professional and extremely helpful. We spent 4hours going over devices, service and options. They were eager to help with questions and provide us with options that fit our budget. My wife and I were able to upgrade to new phones, home internet, watch and tablet for comparable price to our current provider. Currently we only have 2 cell phones and internet which has been less than reliable and costs as much as what we will be paying for 4 devices through T mobile. We couldn't be happier with how well we were treated. Both Alex and Garrett were patient and extremely helpful! Thank you!”

“It's wild to me that there's a Target on Grand River in downtown East Lansing now. If it had been there while I was in college, I probably would've spent a lot of money there! This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items.I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!”
“Go here almost every day. Even on really busy nights, it is easy to be in and out quickly.
Owners tend to really struggle with good customer service, usually on the phone, they won't engage with you unless you have questions.
The every day staff is amazing and are always kind. Never had a bad experience with them and they communicate well.
There is a good selection of product which is generally always in stock. Some of the drinks or cold goods can be out of stock occasionally but it's usually product specific and short lived.”
“I had the most amazing experience when I went in to Metro by T-Mobile here on West Saginaw! I met with Garry at 6:41p (right before close), desperate, in need of a phone plan and something affordable stat as my sim card purchase wasn't compatible with my phone. Garry was super helpful, able to be calm and empathize with me, he was such an attentive and efficient customer service representative and salesperson. I highly recommend going to this place, the workers are kind and caring and will make sure you get the plan that's best for you. If you want quality service you feel you can always return to and be a life-long customer of; go to Metro by T-Mobile on W Saginaw next to the tux place.”

“They almost always have a good deal on movies or games. Wide selection of physical media to choose from. They are almost always buying, so it's worth popping in every now and then to see what's new.They don't always pay a lot for stuff when you sell to them, but they also sell stuff pretty cheap to begin with. They are also essentially the only place that is buying used physical media now that FYE stopped.Service is always great, every employee that I've interacted with is friendly and welcoming.”
