“We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at TinkrLab and it was such a great experience. We chose an art project activity and the kids had an absolute blast. There was so much for them to explore and create that they were entertained for hours — they even forgot they had gifts to open! One of the biggest highlights for my son and daughter was the sand pit. It kept them completely engaged, and it was wonderful seeing all the kids so immersed in playing and building. Afterward we spent some time browsing the store and ended up doing a little shopping too. They carry wonderful brands and so many fun little toys and activity kits — perfect for things like Easter baskets and small gifts. The bonus was meeting the owner’s dog, Sheldon! He was so cool! We’ll definitely be back. It’s such a special, creative place for kids.”

So how did I solve my number wasn’t ported and other issues? I went to the actual T-mobile store. I didn’t expect much because they never signed me up. But was I totally wrong! John and Garrett went above and beyond to solve all of my issues and gave me the trust I needed with my T-mobile service. It is very rare in today’s world to actually meet and have customer service reps care and smile the entire time while dealing with frustrating issues. I couldn’t thank you guys enough. T-mobile and your boss hopefully know your dedication to the company and customers! *** I will be in to buy you a pizza like I said fellas. I mean, 2 hours back and forth on the phone with Verizon and T-mobile. I mean who does that while smiling. AMAZING!!!”

“It's wild to me that there's a Target on Grand River in downtown East Lansing now. If it had been there while I was in college, I probably would've spent a lot of money there! This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items.I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!”

It was limited due to renovations but they were awesome. Appreciate people that are kind and real. I was able to get premium potting soil for a fraction of the price and scored a huge case of premium pepperoni. We spent 75.00 and the car was packed.”

Aside from that though, the sales agent we spoke with was awesome, I have autism/pretty severe anxiety and I felt so comfortable and excited the whole process. Usually after committing to a big contract or repayment I get pretty uneasy feeling about it like I’m not fully sure if I wanted to do it but, yeah I’m sold. He was awesome, we got an awesome deal, I pay about the same for more now through Verizon, and then to top it off too. After I got home and went to set up my phone I did need a little help with customer service and wow, I never ever feel like I get good customer service when it comes to technical issues lol but Verizon was on it, personable, and fixed my issue very quick!! I’m sold on Verizon lol. The agent we had spoken with, his name was Kadison, get this man a raise!!!! 😂”

“We went to our local Verizon location after a crisis involving a broken phone. Needing a speedy replacement, I was able to add a line to my account and get a free Samsung S26. I also added internet and received a substantial gift card! Haley was *amazing*. Very friendly, kind, and professional. I got several compliments, although it could have been a sales tactic, the gesture shows good taste. Another very friendly young lady also assisted us, although I don’t recall her name. The manager was also very helpful! Staff is great. Fast service. 10/10.”
