“OUTSTANDING!!! Sheryl knows how to pack!!! I had some rather fragile items being shipped from her area to my home. I was concerned because these items are breakable and really couldn't be replaced. We went over the requirements for the shipment and she was very reassuring. Upon receiving the box it was packed wonderfully and all the items arrived safely.
Seriously, if you need UPS to pack up your order Sheryl knows what she's doing and has the best Customer Service I have encountered in a long time at a UPS store. This particular location is amazing. Thank you so much for all your attention to detail. ;0)”

I had put the wrong address on my package and she helped me through everything and would call me giving me updates on the situation. She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.”
