I would not have been able to complete my task without his help. He was calm and courteous when I was obviously going through a stressful time. “I have been coming here for over the past decade. Getting loaded or unloaded is hit or miss depending on the time of day, the people working & if you are arriving around a shift (tour) change. They really need to stagger their employees schedule better around shift changes. I have been forced to wait over an hour for a forklift during those times, and heaven forbid you even think about using a manuel pallet jack to unload anything. I've had a forklift on more than one occasion yell at me for trying to unload my own trailer, for them to drive off, not doing anything, & then have another forklift driver show up an hour later to unload. I might get paid by the hour, but I do have better things to do with my time, especially when it is the last stop of my day.”

“The UPS Store on 44th in Wyoming is a busy place. I was pretty concerned when I arrived and there were 10 people in front of me. Rather than taking a long time, the two staff members quickly worked through the needs of the customers and I ended up waiting less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five. And I received notice that my package arrived to its destination the promised time.”

“Our driver of a 550 pound crate went out of his way to deliver. Our Lakehouse is down a small snow covered gravel road, I have to admit I wasn’t sure if he could make. But he took his time to get at least to our driveway, than helped push the crate close to our garage safely out of the driveway..very impressive.”

“UPDATE: after my original complaint written below, George called me and “saved the day”! For this company. He helped me, worked with me to get my product BUT it still doesn’t make an excuse for the others not apologizing for the nonsense I went through. I Was on hold for over 10 min, only to get disconnected or hung up on, not sure, to call back again, told they can’t help me, put me back on hold. Finally, got ahold of a person, I explained my frustrations with her, she giggled, no apology but she did get some information for me. My shipment was in grandrapids mi, said to be delivered today, checked tracking number, says it’s going to now take 5 more days, 35 min away, I asked to just pick it up, what a mess, I will never have them ship anything else for me!”
“Super helpful staff and quick service. One of my prints turned out very dark and didn’t hold any color and the staff there was very helpful and understanding. They allowed me to take as many attempts as needed to get the print to turnout as I wanted. They were also very efficient when it came to printing out my poster. 10/10 would recommend.”
