“My fiancé and I came here and I cannot say enough good things. We were coming from a major carrier and needed service for 2 phones. We thought that we were going to have buy new phones and go through the process of downloading all of our apps and trying to remember all the logins etc.
Well Jason, Paul's younger brother was absolutely AMAZING He found that our current phones were unlocked and that all he had to do was get us new SIM cards and set up the new phone numbers!!! If that wasn't enough he was able to get us into a deal monthly for the 2 lines that blew me away!
Both my fiancé are so grateful to you Jason for you going above the norm if customer service.

One store was out another only had theb2024 model and one store said they were all discontinued and tried selling me a downgraded phone for more smh. The fourth out of stock. Final came here and Allen had me in and out in 20 minutes with new phone activated and misson complete. Very good customer service and Allen knows what he is doing.”

“I had a great time today due to the customer service I had. I was looking for a keyboard and was lucky enough to get that. However I wasn’t only looking for a keyboard. I wasn’t sure what motherboard I had purchased years ago but luckily the salesman Malak/Malek was kind enough to help me. He found all my pc’s specs and assisted me in my purchases. If it weren’t for him I would still be running a bad build. So thanks to him and the rest of the micro center team.”
“We purchased a stove online, Elec was extremely helpful in completing the purchase. The stove was to be delivered the following Saturday. The delivery guys called about 45 minutes ahead of time. They arrived on time, you could tell they had a long hot day. Still they were very courteous and professional. They brought the stove in, set it in place, leveled it, checked to make sure it worked.
