“I don’t understand the low ratings here. They’re always friendly and very helpful. I mean it’s a bank... but it’s the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Transactions are always very transparent (no mystery debit card charges waiting to invoke overdraft fees like some other banks - CHASE!!) deposits show up on time, plenty of online bill pay options, great app. And most importantly the people here are not judgmental and they really do want to help you with your finances, you just have to ask. By the way- Dort Federal can kiss my a**. I’ve been with Huntington for a few years now and I’m sticking with them. Great bank and this branch on Hill Rd. is solid.”

They do their best for the circumstances they are in.***This is for their corporate and owner of this branch****It's a shame that their turnover rate is pretty much every month.How are they supposed to give good customer service when they are understaffed, not paid much and don't even have time to eat? Where is the owner of this branch to help out and be the leader??Food, Ya know the basic necessity of a life. Pfff don't need to let our employees take breaks because there's only 2 people in the entire building trying to take care of nonstop customers and one is a new employee.Makes me wonder why the turnover rate is the way it is. I've always wondered if the people in corporate making 6 figures ever turn there gaze the other way around and ask hmm ? what's it like to be a front desk person's shoes? Not getting to eat, and getting paid so little for their services. I truly believe if a corporate Huntington employee worked here for 2 weeks a lot would change or they couldn't handle it and quite.”
