I needed to return an item that I put in my car's trunk and just forgot about it. I finally brought in my return; four months later. They still accepted it.”

“I had an awesome experience in the clothing department at Target thanks to Vanessa and Adrianna. They were not only incredibly helpful and patient, but also hilarious. Shopping instantly became more fun because they kept me laughing while still helping me find exactly what I needed.
At one point it felt less like shopping and more like hanging out with friends who just happen to know where everything is. Their humor, positivity, and genuine care made the experience fun. Target seriously needs more employees like them!”

“This Meijer location is my go-to. No drama here, and it’s your typical Meijer, so it’s consistent with what you expect. However, I’m not a fan of them stocking the shelves at 10-12 at all. I have to maneuver around the isles and feel like I’m in there way sometimes. I remember when stores were 24 hours and they did the stocking overnight now we pay more for worse service. Speaking of which, those patronizing self checkouts… I have to fill out a damn questionnaire before I start ringing MYSELF up and can literally scan my case of water first and at the end I’ll still get have to wait for “approval” for the case of water because the overhead AI camera will see my case of water still in the cart and not on the bagging platform. I’m a bodybuilder and spend thousands here and when I get to the self checkout I can’t help but feel like as a regular shopper I’m not all that valued here or that the experience just isn’t what I’d like. The store has everything I need but the lady rushing us out the store on the intercoms at 11:45 when I KNOW what time the damn store closes and checking me when their workers forget to take off a tag just makes me want to shop at a smaller mom and pop store just to feel valued. Good store tho overall”

“The store has changed tremendously. Their selection of high-end perfume is very minimum, not something that I would expect but my overall experience was good. I was looking for a pajamas. I was looking for house shoes, some slippers, and also some Doja and Gabbana light blue which I found it was a traveling size overall, I say it was OK, but it wasn’t as abundance as I was used to.”

“Cynthia K was a delight to have as our cashier yesterday. She was very helpful and helped me sign up for a kohls credit card. I had to buy a lot of clothes in a hurry due to a death in the family and I really needed the help and kind words of comfort she extended. She is a kind and compassionate lady who took out her time to help us. She is a gem. Lots of value at this store as well.”
“It's a smidge smaller with a bit less food variety than the other Meijers in the area, but it's perfectly good and still has more variety (and better prices) than smaller local grocery stores.
They need to reopen the fitting rooms. If I wanted to buy clothes without trying them on, I'd shop online. The employee who was working near the former fitting rooms looked shocked when I handed her the items I wanted to try on saying I didn't want to buy without trying on first. The sign says it's because of covid but come on, nobody has restrictions anymore. Just pay well enough that you can have the staff to run the rooms.”

“Did an online order that included wine. Unbeknownst to me, the Target system will separate alcoholic beverages into another order. So, when I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup, I found that it was only the wine that was ready and the remaining items were still being processed. I explained this to Annice, the service manager, and she made sure that my order was prioritized and completed since I was already there and waiting. She researched and educated me so that I know how things work for future reference. She was professional, understanding and eager to resolve my issue. She even went a step further and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. She made for a pleasant experience and for that reason, I will return to this location.”
