“I had to quickly replace my pressure tank that was well over 20yrs old and with little to no information the staff there, (Paul) was able to run me through everything I needed to know about buying a new tank. I was nervous going in not knowing much about what was needed and he took the time to explain every aspect. I left there not only happy but more knowledgeable about how my home plumbing works. They have definitely earned a live long customer out of me!”

“Purchased a 2 gallon gas container today, filled it with 1.5 gallons of gasoline and while using it on the first attempt it leaked all around the seal onto my hand. I removed the attachment, secured it again, yet it continued to leak. I called Ace and spoke with a gentlemen who stated I could bring it back in for a refund. Once I emptied the container and cleaned it, I returned to the store where the same gentlemen attempted to teach a new employee how to do a return. In doing so he made an error, was unable to correct it, and subsequently put my refund on a gift card. I asked him to refund my credit card but he stated he could not do so and I would need to speak with a manager on Monday. This isn't the type of service I expect from Ace, especially after selling a defective product that leaked gasoline all over the place. Completely unacceptable.Update: Erin spoke with me on Monday, May 8th from this location and was able to issue a refund to my credit card for the effective item and apologized for the inconvenience.”
“Rural King is one of my favorite stores to visit. They have a ton of stuff! They also are home to RK Guns,the in store gun shop. I always enjoy checking them out, and usually, I never leave there empty handed. I picked up a beautiful semi auto shotgun, some ammo, bottles water, deer feed, and really enjoyed watching the baby chickens run around inside their enclosures. Rural King is my GO TO place. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.”

“Rockler hosts a variety of woodworking events, and I’ve taken a few workshops over the past couple of months. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality of each one. The instructors are helpful when needed without hovering, and they’re extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is also very reasonable.”
“Couple recent negative product experiences were handled exceptionally well by the customer service team at the Plymouth location.
One had to do with a missing custom mounting part for a medicine cabinet and the other a dented hot water heater tank.
In both cases I felt the team both offered and promptly employed reasonable/exceptional solutions.

“Rusty and a gentlemen came out and spent most of the day probably 5 or 6 hours. They thought it was my pump so they put in a refurbished but look like brand spanking new pump in a 5-in well. The pump was not bad it was the plug the pump was plugged into. But they didn't figure out why it didn't work till after putting in the new pump and wiring and all kinds of stuff. They didn't put my old pump back and they left the new good one in and now they are not charging me. They are a beautiful wonderful Christian family run business. I keep trying to pay them but they won't take any money from me. I'm in tears right now what a blessing.”

“You have an All-Star in your store. I believe his name is Josh, roughly 5'9, slender, short dark hair, mustache. Super nice guy, patient, knew where the 3 items were the 3 separate times i asked. knowledgeable guy, he answered every question with patience and ease and knew every answer. I am not sure if this dude was on his A game, but, his "A" game, is superb. if I were Josh, I would get far away from retail and go to college for a technical degree. lawyer, doctor, accounting, pilot or something.”

“I purchased a new washing machine and had the pleasure of being helped by Mark B. He was able to find the exact model I saw online and promptly brought it out. He even helped me with the discounts I couldn’t get to load at check out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and never came off as pushy. I believe the other associate was Mary who was also very personable. As soon as I was done with my purchase, Mark already had someone to help load the machine in my car right away. What I thought was going to be a daunting process was made so much easier thanks to him! I was in and out in under an hour! Thanks again Mark for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience!”
