“Purchased a 2 gallon gas container today, filled it with 1.5 gallons of gasoline and while using it on the first attempt it leaked all around the seal onto my hand. I removed the attachment, secured it again, yet it continued to leak. I called Ace and spoke with a gentlemen who stated I could bring it back in for a refund. Once I emptied the container and cleaned it, I returned to the store where the same gentlemen attempted to teach a new employee how to do a return. In doing so he made an error, was unable to correct it, and subsequently put my refund on a gift card. I asked him to refund my credit card but he stated he could not do so and I would need to speak with a manager on Monday. This isn't the type of service I expect from Ace, especially after selling a defective product that leaked gasoline all over the place. Completely unacceptable.Update: Erin spoke with me on Monday, May 8th from this location and was able to issue a refund to my credit card for the effective item and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“Rural king beats the other farm supply stores in all ways. Brands carried, prices, availability and even selection. You could buy just about everything here that you'd use during an average week, with the exception of milk and eggs, but you can buy chickens so eggs aren't too far off.The staff is always helpful, there is always ample parking (even when the carnival was in the parking lot, there was still excess parking) it's convenient to get to (right at 23 & 59) and you will always find what you're looking for .We live a solid 45 minutes away and drive past two tsc's just to go to rural king and will continue to do so, until they open an RK closer to us!”

Customer service has always been excellent and, as a woman in what feels like a male-dominated industry, I have always felt comfortable coming here. I do wish they had more scrap bins for wood blanks, but I do appreciate there offerings that they do have on a regular basis. I have not tried any of the classes here yet, but that is something I'm looking forward to doing this year!”
“I want to recognize Hayley at this location for going above and beyond to assist in a last minute tent rental! We had a misunderstanding with another True Value store about their delivery radius, and even though the Milford location was booked, Hayley made it work for us! We went through this location two years ago for a party tent rental and it went extremely well.”

She looked it up, then got the item from the isle and brought it back to the counter for me. She went way out of her way and it made me feel good. I appreciate Rural King having so many affordable items and then having representatives like Elizabeth.”
“I overheard one of my buyers saying "I need a big tool". Then she said, "That's not big enough. I need a bigger diameter." Meanwhile me and the other guys were laughing like crazy on the other side of the wall. She did order the large diameter drill we needed and she ordered it from this place. The quality of these tools is second to none. The spiral flute and the straight fluted drills work great in the materials they machine. The other thing I like about this place is the service. The salesmen that I have had calling on me are fantastic. Their technical accumen is their strong suit. Ask for Fast Eddie or Danny Dew. These guys know their stuff. Pricing is very competitive, but the reason I always come back is because of the service, service, service.”

“I went in to get some CO2 for my kegerator as I had recently replaced two kegs but it was clear that the pressure was very low. Both of the people working in the store were helpful. One person got up to get the CO2 while the other worked with me to ring me out. Both were friendly and jovial and personable (interested in my Jeep, joking about the kegs...). The bottom line is it was a pleasurable experience and I left with exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes.”
