“This has become favorite Kohl store on the NW side of Metro Detroit. Much larger section for women's clothing and good size home goods. Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.”

Quality is a questionable but it is what you get for what you pay. I use this store more for disposable and partyware. They have assorted varieties of balloons that meet your every parth need.”

I came across Dale, who was absolutely wonderful! He was stocking in the grocery area and was very understanding of my concerns. When I approached him he was in the middle of helping another customer to help them find what they needed. I really appreciate Dale going out of his way, and being so kind to me to direct me to where the Tomatoes were because the app was incorrect. Although neither of us had a clue where to find them, he shared with me that he will help me find them, as this will be beneficial to the both of us. We found them together, and he expressed to me if I needed anything else to let him know, and he will be there! This is what I call top-notch customer service.”

“HomeGoods is the kind of place where you tell yourself that you're just going to stop by to browse for a few minutes then walk out with two gigantic bags of items from home décor to gourmet food and bath & body products. It's like its sister store TJ Maxx. There are so many things to browse, and the clearance section is awesome, especially after the holidays. The customer service here is better than the TJ Maxx in Canton. Some downsides: it could be better organized and it is smaller than the location in Novi. Besides that, I'm a fan, and HomeGoods is one of the best additions to Ford Road. It's one of the main reasons I even go shopping at Ford Road.”

“In a way if you've visited one Marshall, you've visited them all. This is a very nice location with all your usual finds like men's and women's apparel. In addition you'll find discounted deals on other items like home decor, beauty, toys, suitcases, ect. It always feels like there is some big clearance sale happening. The staff here have always been super kind and helpful and that can really make or break your shopping experience. My last visit I wanted to pick up one item, just a hat and ended up with 3 shirts, some workout pants and hoodie. That's usually what happens.
