Knowledge and confidence on display every visit. slow and steady is the method, I would think its intentional to allow your pet to calm. A rushed visit could mean a fearful pet that may never return. All the staff are extremely pleasant, my visits have been in and out in 1hr leaving with a happy pet.

They took the time to educate me about pet insurance options, which was very helpful. What stood out the most was their ability to provide quick appointments. Unlike other places where I've had to wait months, Hildale accommodated us much faster.

Greenfield Animal Hospital: Zerbel J DVM
21600 W Eleven Mile Rd, SouthfieldSolid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.

Stella is a senior dog, and they give her extra attention and don't mix her with the young pups. Stella loves it. Stella can't wait when we tell her she is going to the doggy hotel.
