“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left. “This place is an audio gear lovers paradise. First, be prepared to be shocked with the massive inventory in such a tiny space. The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. All of my gear now is vintage with personality and plenty of heartwarming sound. All from Ecotopia. I'm sure hi-fi enthusiasts will understand what that means.Thanks for all your time, Moses. He's not like some golf and other mobile phone companies that have hidden prices after you buy. If he tells you what your bill will be, that price is your only payment. “Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”

“Friendly staff when I made some returns. Checking out took awhile as there was one person and she was getting something from the back. So a line started to grow and it looked like no one was working the checkout. It was about a 10 minute wait before other employees came to help then it moved very fast. Just a weird time of day I think no the the norm”

“I don’t like writing reviews or being asked to do them because most are disingenuous or not helpful, so I’m doing this one on my own accord.
We’ve lived in Milford for 17 years and this store was the only place in town, so we had no choice but to go here. We dealt with it’s unreliable hours, never-the-same employee, ridiculous wait time, and the typical challenges for a family that lacks a lot of tech savvy.
For whatever reason, this store has gone through a remarkable transition and hopefully it remains this way for a long time. Romen runs this store the way you’d want it and it seemed that his partner Colin is cut from the same mold. These guys were super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to our new phone and, more specifically, our entire family plan and account.
Romen was patient with my teenage son and respectful to my concerns with these complex plans. The new phone was not in stock, but we did get sent to our house in a couple days, transferred things at the store; all told, 15 minutes of time total. Thank you for that. There will be more: my 75-year old father-in-law needs some assistance and I am confident Romen (or Colin) will be able to put up with his numerous questions, confusion and will have him leave the store in great order.
Milford needs more business owners/operators like this store. If you want customers, take a page out of the book these guys wrote. Kindness and patience, really simple ingredients.”

“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”

“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”

“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
