With his help, I made the correction, he did not charge me again, and the package arrived in about 8 days! I have never experienced the type of customer service this USPS location provides!”

“I want t o give high praise to Deon who works at the Post Office in downtown Plymouth, Michigan . He always greets you with kind words and always takes the time to make you feel special. It is a small post office with only two people serving customers at the front counter and often Deon is there alone while the other employee is working in the back. Still Deon is up front to be the friendly employee to all who enter. I am 78 years old and thankful when I go to that often busy post office Deon is there. Kathy White”

“Victor is hands down one of the best employees at the United States Postal Service. Every single time I come in, he’s genuinely smiling and welcoming. He has an amazing personality, treats everyone with respect, and carries himself with nothing but positivity — no hate, no bad attitude, just good energy.
I come to this location at least once a week, and Victor has never disappointed me. No matter how busy it is or who he’s helping, he stays patient, happy, and professional with every customer. His customer service is outstanding, and he truly makes the whole experience better just by being there.

“This place rocks! Super nice postal carriers who truly deliver rain, sleet, or storm! They start at the wee hours of the morning and deliver until it's dark out. “Shoutout to the Garden City post office! I had a package that I desperately needed, and it had been delayed for whatever reason with no updated delivery date. I filled out a form online through USPS, and within the hour, someone from the Garden City post office called me.
She explained the reason for the delay, let me know she would follow up the next day to make sure it was delivered or give any updates, and when I mentioned that I needed it by a certain time before work, she even put me on a quick hold to check on it. A moment later, she came back and said they were going to try to have it delivered within the next hour.
Truly so grateful for the kindness, communication, and effort!”
“The Brightmoor station is always amazing! Mr. Wofford is always super pleasant and friendly. It’s nice to get to know the staff. The last time I was there I was walking around trying to fit my package in one of the boxes they sell. The girl saw me struggling and found me the perfect box! Just wonderful service every time!”

Recently, I had a package where the seller forgot to include part of my address. The postal worker quickly and effectively resolved the issue, and I was very impressed with their work. Things that may seem easy and like common sense to an outside observer, was confusing to me. Yolanda helped out with a big smile on her face and we joked and laughed poking fun of me. “They got me out super quick, employees were professional, quick and friendly. Lobby is 24 hours with a ton of PO Boxes and a do it yourself machine. Highly reccomend this location.”

“After going to the Canton post office, where they wouldn’t give me a piece of tape, I went to the Wayne post office because Canton would mail my package without the piece of tape that they wouldn’t provide me and the Wayne office was fantastic. I was in and out in three minutes or less. Thank you to Nina.”
