1254 Ecorse Rd, YpsilantiWe are very happy with our new addition to the family, Emi, she is part Pekinese, shitzu and poodle, very healthy and happy. She came to Pet City from a small Amish family breeder. Our older dog, we also found at Pet City, is was from a small breeder in SE Michigan. Pet City uses only local small breeders and all the puppies have their puppy shots and seen by a veterinarian. We checked them out thoroughly before doing business with them. Very wonderful service and nice people to work with, helpful with feeding and puppy advice.

Staff is professional, friendly and has assisted me at every turn. Their website has many tips and seasonal reminders. Even when we are away for part of the year, they are responsive and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

There was a power outage on the entire street (movie theater down the street was affected too) but I didn’t hear any swearing when the lights went out and staff rolled with things and had positive attitudes which I really appreciated. The food tasted nice and place was clean.
