“I lived with my partner for one year at 3020 On the Rail. I can't recommend them enough. The building is at a great location, the management is very kind and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Also, the apts. are in great conditions and they are very spacious.”

- The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time)
- The staff and people living here are very friendly
- Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot
- The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks! It's also only a 6-10 minute drive to the Maple Grove area where there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, REI, Homegoods, etc
First off I just wanted to say that Tyler Heid made the whole process so easy for me to sign with Ironwood Apartments. At the time I lived 40 minutes away and needed to find an apartment around this area fast, so you can imagine how hard it was to find an apartment when you live far + working around the clock + needing all your questions answered on the same day to make a final decision. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler when touring. Tyler was very prompt & on-time - something I value and appreciate most. He answered all my questions from the beginning to the end of me signing my lease. Tyler did such an awesome job overall that when I toured other apartments nearby, I was left with only wanting to sign a lease with Ironwood Apartments. I can truly say I didn't get the same quality of service as I did when I toured with other apartment complexes. The experience I had with Tyler spoke volumes to me and it was a no brainer to sign with Ironwood Apartments!”

Plumbing issue he was quick with response and found a solution less then 24 hours, I'm so thankful for all his efforts! The leasing agent Valarie she did an awesome job touring my aunt a week ago, and showing her around the property. Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!”

“The staff (APM, PM, Maintenance staff, custodial staff) all are Amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and always do their best to be supportive. If I could, I would absolutely stay here forever!! To anyone new, this is the best location, it is clean and pet-friendly! Highly recommend it!!”
“Marty on the maintenance crew is incredible. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions (even when he did not create the problems). We had an issue with a water leak in our bathroom and he was quick to help and resolve an unrelated sink clog. He is wonderful!”
“I resided in the 1729 Grand apartment for 12 years and I had an excellent experience throughout. The building manager was very responsive, professional, and exceedingly friendly (just had to send an email and the problem would get fixed immediately), fixtures in the apartment were kept up to date, the hallways and facilities were always kept very clean, and the grounds were tended to and beautified. Finally, in all my 12 years, my rent rarely went up and when it did so it was very very marginally for normal reasons at a normal and expected rate. I really loved this apartment and the building management. Thank you Kleinman!”
“Bree was very sweet while showing the apartments. The property is havimg some upgrades done & are very nice. No elevator & no utilities are included are the downside. I'm still deciding but they are part of my top three on my list so far.”

“The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”

“Signed a lease around March to move in September of the same year. Lindsey was the leasing agent that I worked closely with. Had an amazing tour and the apartment had everything that a graduate student at the U needed. There was good security, in door parking, and a good quality studio for the price! Much cheaper than some of the other apartment near by on campus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice modern apartment without it being 1500+ for a studio. Very spacious for the price, a great gas stove kitchen, in unit washer dryer, and great cabinets! This goes for both Solhaus Tower and Solhaus Apartment studios that I was able to tour.
Unfortunately my living needs changed and I ended up needing a house for my partner and I. I initiated a subletting process and Lindsey was extremely helpful the whole time. Constantly answered my many phone calls and was very timely and helpful. They even gave me a good faith discount and waved all my admin and application fees because I was responsible with the subletting process, which I thought was super nice because they were not obligated to do that.
I know they run a business but they try to run a good one and will do everything they can to make it easy for you. Very good management.”

“Great layout within each unit! The intimate patios are a huge plus for these unique units. The proximity to downtown Minneapolis is superb as you just walk across the Stone Arch Bridge & you are right in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for city explorers & people eager to venture out in the great city of Minneapolis. Check it out!”

The community itself is gorgeous, the apartments are large, affordable, and clean - and the location is unbeatable. I can't recommend Vicksburg enough!”
