Crossroads Animal Hospital
14321 Nicollet Ct #900, BurnsvilleCrossroads was recommended to us by a friend after a horrible experience at Prior Lake Vet. Crossroads Dr's are fabulous. We had a senior dog whose ear was gushing blood (a cyst had burst) We made 2 trips to Prior (our normal vet at the time) on the same day, because the bleeding wouldn't stop. When it started up a 3rd time, we called and they told us to go somewhere else. Long story short, we ended up at Crossroads and they were so wonderful! The Dr worked through her lunch hour on our girl. She ended up needing to be put to sleep, but the Dr was caring and showed so much empathy. She sat in the room with my husband for an hour talking and listening while he shared memories with her about our Pepper. They didn't hurry him out the door. They let him have all the time he needed. Everyone was so sweet and kind. The way a vet should be. We have found our new vet! Thank you so much, everyone!

The initial consult is about $400. The estimate we received was just over $1600 for underwater treadmill& laser therapy (8 weeks each). This price also included her meds.

13600 Co Rd 11, BurnsvilleKristen and Dr. Anderson were so wonderful and caring with my 12 year old bearded dragon. He had been such a healthy lizard, that he had never been to a vet. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for Rocky, but they were so knowledgeable about the breed and assured me that I was doing the right thing in not making him suffer in any way. They were so kind through the process and let me take all the time I needed with him. I am thinking about rescuing a bearded dragon and I would not take them to any other vet. Monique

He was kind and patient with all my questions and very supportive. I adopted my big boy Benny (working line GSD) in late January & I needed a trainer who understood GSDs. Benny was very dog reactive & I was nervous every time I went for a walk. Ross helped me gain confidence and showed me how to handle different situations. He also helped me with e-collar training as he understood I wanted Benny to go hiking everywhere with me. Since the training, we’ve taken a couple day trips and an overnight trip. Many strangers tell me what a “well-behaved dog” I have & can’t believe he’s only 19 months old! ?

Camp Bow Wow
14305 Ewing Ave S, BurnsvilleI have been meaning to leave a review since our first visit earlier this summer. Camp Bow Wow has been great for our small 9lb pom, Vader. We had an intake day a couple of months back and then used them for boarding for a couple of days. It is so fun to watch the dogs on the web cams. The staff truly care and the staff you interact with at check in are so nice! The facility is very accommodating of different routines and requests. They accommodated our small dog to be able to free feed since he won't eat in one sitting. Other pet places would not allow that. We also love that there are no hidden fees. We will continue to use Camp Bow Wow for boarding and occasional doggy day care.

The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly attentive to the needs of all the dogs in their care. They went above and beyond to ensure Fanny felt comfortable and well looked after during her stay. You can tell they genuinely care. I highly recommend ABK!!! We'll definitely be returning!

The Birria burger was beautifully done ! Usually I eat Birria in tacos but a BURGER! Game changer ! Although I wish the consommé came out to us a little warmer it was still perfectly flavored. Well done with pairing the right bun too. Birria and the consome are known for making tacos fall apart so the bun you guys chose for this was a 10/10! It had a very thin layer of crispness but it was the perfect thickness to keep it from falling apart or getting soggy. Everything tasted so fresh and hearty. The fish and chips, oooo lalalal! I was scared they were going to come out soggy and oily but these were fried to perfection! Shout out to beer tender from Black Fridays closing shift, we weren't able to get his name but he was hilarious !

They have a great and easily accessible location south of the airport/mall/burbs.
We did carry-out. Some items were made to order so we waited a few minutes but it was still very fast.

1200 Alimagnet Pkwy #2, BurnsvilleIt was a decent park. It was much smaller than I thought it would be.
The "pond" that is there is fenced off and separate. It is an untreated drainage ditch from the road, so USE IT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. I was told dogs have become very sick after being in it.
There is a separate spot for dogs under 30lbs.
Dog-friendliness: It is a dog park. Non aggressive dogs are welcome.
Picnic area: There are tables to sit at.
