“The team at Brooklynn Center UPS store was awesome to work with. I had a complicated international shipment and they took extra care to help with the process. They even repalletized and wrapped the product better than how it was delivered to them. Vino was a gem and watched the shipment closely all the way through delivery at final destination in Thailand. Communication and action was top-notch. I appreciate all of their help and will gladly use their services again to ensure smooth shipping.”

“Super nice guy:) I wish I found out about this place when I first moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, it is way easier than having to wait or worry about he post office or getting my packages at the leasing building due to them getting stolen at my building. He charges $3 a package to be sent out by UPS or for $10 a month you get a mailbox and unlimited packages to be sent, the only thing I got confused about was it's a 6-month minimum and you have to pay it upfront so $60 + show 2 forms of ID, SSI card not accepted. I showed him my ID and my lease. You can also get things sent to his email and he will print it for you and I believe they fax as well. They sell shipping essentials if needed AKA boxes and tape. Only open busines hrs during the Week- Not Open on Weekends!”
“Mostly use for returns needing to ship out, but staff is great about getting to customers. Store is clean and good sized. They also have a self-service return counter that is awesome - you can just scan your QR code and print out the shipping label to attach to package and go...or if you have a label on it already, scan it and get your confirmation receipt and go. Piece of cake.”
“I come to this store regularly for notary and shipping services. Recently I had an issue with a notary signature for the first time and the owner made it right for me. Great customer service! I recommend this store highly.”
“Freight Buddy went above and beyond what I expected! I purchased an antique phone online but the seller wouldn't ship it. Kevin, at Freight Buddy, picked up the telephone, packaged it for shipping, and had it sent from Minnesota to Georgia. He did such a great job packaging it - I think it would have survived a drop of 15,000 feet! Everyone I talked to on the phone was so kind and courteous. I wish their was a Freight Buddy in south Georgia - I would use them for all of my shipping needs. Kevin made me feel more like a friend than a customer! I can't thank them enough!”
“I am a toy retailer and receive shipments from 3 locations from around the country. My main distributor uses 4 shipping companies usually based upon where the pallets are being shipped from. ODFL has never had any delays for my shipments, has never had any damage to claim, and has never lost any boxes from a pallet. This is after receiving approximately 30 pallets delivered by ODFL. Contrast that with 2 of the 3 other large carriers that I have had to deal with who almost always have damage, have a delay every single time, and frequently lose parts of my pallets (no exaggeration either).”

Dino was so sweet and helped me on multiple visits with multiple notarizations. He's the best! I would always rather drive further to utilize this location.”
“Have been here several times to ship out items. Now they have these handy self serve machines where you can scan your barcode or QR code from your phone to print a label out for you, slap it on your package & leave it in the drop off bin.
I also needed to print some documents, it's a bit pricier than other places (like Walgreens or the public library) as it's something like $3 to use their computer & then $.20-$.50 something to print depending if you want black&white or color ink. & if there are other customers doing print orders, they use the same PC so you have to wait til they're done. For the convenience though, it's handy. Might opt for a public library next time so I don't have to wait in line though.

“Everyone in the store was very kind, competent, patient, and efficient. They seemed to handle the influx of incoming customers with ease, & during my visit, they made each customers transactions seem as seamless as possible. I appreciate the effort of the individual who helped me with my fax item, especially when it didn’t seem to work at first. He went the extra mile and continued to try until it did. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at the store!”
“The Northeast USPS is my go to post office. I really appreciate all the staff at this post office. Everyone is always very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The lines usually move fairly quickly.
I’ve been to post offices all around the United States and this facility and staff is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of shipping things out of. I would definitely recommend using this post office.
Off topic, but of note… the New Brighton post office is the worst I’ve ever been to. Unhinged staff. Avoid at all costs.”
