“I am a toy retailer and receive shipments from 3 locations from around the country. My main distributor uses 4 shipping companies usually based upon where the pallets are being shipped from. ODFL has never had any delays for my shipments, has never had any damage to claim, and has never lost any boxes from a pallet. This is after receiving approximately 30 pallets delivered by ODFL. Contrast that with 2 of the 3 other large carriers that I have had to deal with who almost always have damage, have a delay every single time, and frequently lose parts of my pallets (no exaggeration either).”

No need to maintain an in home shredder.Print and Go service works well on the rare occasion I need to print something now from the phone or laptop.Very helpful and decent employees at this location.Has variety of clearance items on a regular basis.Nice small selection of books for business or pleasure pursuits.Located in the IDS building.”

I don't know why there were a couple of negative reviews in the past about the young red-haired man, who is the one who took care of my errand. He is rather quiet, brief and to the point, but I found him very pleasant, clear, and helpful. The store is spacious, unlike the tiny cramped Quarry location in Minneapolis.”

I didn’t catch his name but I’m assuming he was a manager because he effortlessly helped two very confused employees while also helping me (someone’s who’s never mailed a package). He did everything. Since This's my first time of doing this, i didn't know what to do. So when i contacted Pack n ship, the quote they gave me was fair and reasonable and they didn't charge me anything to pickup my item. I received my glassware intact and on time. I wish i could give them more than 5 star.”

“The negative reviewers are idiots, who ships a fragile item with no packing materials or not enough packing protection during transport and than have the audacity to blame the transport company when it shows up broken. I have done shipping and receiving for 8yrs; I pack my items like bricks and never had anything arrive broken. I liked using Estes they're quick and less expensive than the other companies.”
