Through every issue, no matter how big or small, he is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He not only solves our questions and issues in a timely manner but also takes time to patiently educate us on what was done and what to expect. More recently, he completed a migration project between our two companies, and I have to say that the process went so much more smoothly than any other migration project I've been through with my previous employers. OAC is definitely a company you want as your support partner!”

“Wow! First review. And it's gonna be a good one. Such a good experience. Which is not always expected these day. But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well. I am so grateful to put my trust into the people that work here. I will be coming back for sure! Great job guys!”

“I can vouch for this company that they will and do hire people with disabilities. They do not discriminate. I have had so many other employers that made me feel extremally unwanted or uncomfortable even though I am educated and have a B.S. in computer science. Not here. They gave me a chance. They have been supportive. They hold me to the same high standards of anyone else. This company is the best company I have ever worked for. The staff have welcomed me to their company and I never have felt more comfortable in a work setting than here in my entire life. “Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.”

“Initial setup was relatively quick but it took quite a bit longer to make the fiber link which was annoying. However, the service has been perfectly reliable and the upload and download speeds always exceed the rated 500 megs. So, all in all, I love them.As opposed to CenturyLink whose DSL was very slow and amazingly unreliable. I disliked them so much for that, and other reasons, that I had them remove their phone line from my house.In comparison, USI is a knight in white armor.”
“We have had MultiWav internet for several years. We have always experienced great performance and excellent customer service. Recently we upgraded to managed internet services with a managed wifi router. The conversion was uneventful, smooth and flawless. The new router performs as good or better than our old device.”

“I have now interacted with 5 different employees from this store and every interaction has been amazing. Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. This team is amazing and I appreciate their excellent customer service!”
“I went to the store in Brooklyn Center on shingle creek to pick up a new router box for my internet Because my old one couldn't handle the speed that I had, after connecting the box was still having trouble with my internet, I called customer service and realized I was given the wrong gateway box. I went back to the store to get the correct box. the young lady that waited on me wasn't knowledgeable enough to answer my questions however, there was another young (Kapree) that was waiting on another customer but heard the conversation and realized my frustration. She stepped in and completed the transaction. I was so impressed with Kapree. She was very knowledgeable, kind and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. She saved the day and I left very satisfied. Kapree is an asset to that store and a prime example of excellent customer service.”

“Okay, I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled this time because I simply dread everything about the process of getting a new phone. I wait as long as possible, in this case 6 years. I went from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14. Walked in, girding my loins, expecting the process to take all day. Did read reviews here about a guy named Darion and almost called first to see if he was on duty, but just gambled. Lucky for me, he was there and available to help. Made a dreaded process joyful, fast, slick and complete. Yup, this guy needs to be valued, promoted, given a raise, whatever. I'd put him on any kind of service team in any sector. Truly, how rare is good service these days, especially in mobile/tech land?? Thank you, Darion!”

“After having a lot of difficulty setting up our transfer from Verizon mobile, and after 8 hours on the phone over 7 calls with the Xfinity call center, I decided to go in and get things squared away at the Ridgedale store. We spoke with the manager, Sasha, and she was exceptional. She cared about our issues, she took the time to assist us in our frustration, and she made things right. And she helped us prepare our old phones for trade-in. A terrible experience with the call center led to an incredible experience with Sasha. Thank you!”

“The entrance can be an inconvenience if you are carrying a child in a car seat (yes, I was tempted to leave my kid in the car but no I didn’t - great to know I’m still not that irresponsible lol) so I pulled through going up the stairs but let me say it was a wonderful experience other than the both of the guys that helped me were beyond friendly and helpful. I was able to turn in my phone and they verified it was all clean and gave me a receipt for the return all in a matter of minutes. Asked a couple of questions and they were very clear to answer them all. Very pleased with my experience here.”
