“Fixed my "explody" battery on my phone.Cost $100 for battery replacement.Back in the day, it cost me 10 bucks for a new battery for a smart phone back when phones had removable back covers. Times have changed unfortunately, the idea of actually owning and having control over your tech is long gone..Laws:Big tech, in particular, has been very aggressive on pushing bills that hurt everyday Americans.The five major rights of consumers: safety, information, choice, voice, and redress.Always support right to repair bills and oppose any bill that gives tech companies more control over the things you purchase and use. Freedom is at stake here.Fixed in a timely manner, and overall im satisfied with this service provided.”
“Add one more voice to Jay and A2Z's stellar rating. I happened to be in the neighborhood getting some skates sharpened and saw A2Z's sign so I stopped in. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!”

“It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.”

“Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”
“Although I initially had some issues setting up my iPhone 15, Cam was extremely helpful in simplifying the process and solving my problem. He was extremely friendly and in a great mood despite being the only employee on site, and I watched him help 3 other people within a few minutes before getting to me. He used translation services on a few customers who spoke another language and went out of his way to serve everyone who needed help with understanding. Cam is a perfect example of what service means.”

Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! ? My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches. “Now this place can be overlooked because of the road and building construction but look for it if it's in your neighborhood, or not too, especially if you use metropcs.These guys or gentlemen I like to call them, treat me with so much respect and are willing to go that extra mile. (Could it be the grey hair and added cane I have for a bit?)nahhh, observing them they are great with all their clientele. I have been with them for a few years now and would recommend stopping in or checking out online their deals, some of the plans if you qualify for are amazing, I don't know if I should do this but I am going to, how about your plan 30 bucks off a month? If you pay 50, it's 20, 60 they add a perk and it's 30, you have to see it, and if you are hungry there are restaurants and tobacco stores. So yup, this is my store that i go to and yes I'd definitely give it a thumbs up to anyone who would like to go there.”
